1:39 This is wrong, it's Shanghai, not Tokyo. Look it up.
As of 2024, Japan's capital, Tokyo, is the most populous city in the world, with over 37 million inhabitants.
India's New Delhi and China's Shanghai occupy the 2nd and 3rd spots.
…they’re talking metropolitan population
There should be no multiple choice, just a question, to really gauge your knowledge. Some may have guessed it right because you have 33.3% chance on one out of 3 choices or 50% on two choices in getting the right answer,
Good job Brian❤❤
Keep up the good work 🎉

That's amazing, Alonzo!

35/50, my geography teacher in school was very strict, and I still loved the subject
8:18 there’s no countries in the UK, it cannot contain itself and England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland are not countries recognized by the UN.
But they are separate countries recognized by FIFA (for example during the World Cup) and other international organizations, mostly having to do with sports. 😉
@@pdruiz2005 Yeah but they don’t have their own governments or land they are apart of the UK which governs them all, they are more like provinces
@@pdruiz2005 Lol right? So does it mean that Gibraltar and the Faroe Islands are also "countries"? 🤔🤔
@@Redstoner34526 i see what you mean but literally everyone knows them as countries and calls them countries, it's a sort of convention. it's also historical: they were separate countries and joined to form the UK

Thank you brother 🙏❤!
No. 17 is incorrect. Answer is Cape Agulhas.
Yep you're right 👍🏻
Question 37 - Which country is home to Stonehenge? The correct answer (England) is not listed. The United Kingdom is a group of countries and not a country unto itself.

Question #27- the Colorado River does form part of the boundary near Yuma, AZ, so two correct answers.
32 - C 🤧🤧
Quite simple, but a missed the waterfall. By not thinking! BTW, Cape Agulhas is the true southernmost point, but not in common speech. An NI can be argued, as it is a province more than a separate country. But - again - four is the number in common speech. The Caspian is often regarded as an inland saline sea, not a lake, but i took my chance and did not choose Lake Superior, the largest fresh water lake. Still, should have gotten the waterfall ...
You certainly don’t have to be a geography genius to answer these questions on elementary school level.
49/50
I'm pretty sure the bar for genius has been significantly lowered over the years.
Hey I really like this concept but the pictures gave it away half of the time, like with the map of spain, the vatican and the tibetan flag. I would also like a more challenging option for multiple choice for example for the capital of turkey you couldve mentioned Istanbul and Antalya for the other options instead of Warsaw and Sofia .
Overall great video and I got an A, I thought china had more unesco world heritage sites and I thought Sardinia was bigger than sicily in size. I also didn't now that India passed china in terms of population gain but that makes sense in hindsight I forgot to look at the date of the upload before answering the questions. :)
Overall great video!

Cape peninsula is NOT the southernmost point in Africa. It is Cape Aghulas.
I got an A. I have an habit kf looking at the world map for hours. Andthat alone helped me answer many of the questions, ans with little more searching and learning, one can answer most questions.
Question 37 has an incorrect answer, the UK is not a country. The correct answer would be England.
The United Kingdom is a sovereign country/political union made up of other countries/nations (England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland)
the UK is a country with countries out of it. if you want to be more specific, Stonehenge is in Scotland, not England
@@andypham1636England is a country , wales and Scotland aren’t
@@dwaynekeenum1916 that's false, with no racism
Southernmost point of Africa is Cape Agulhas, Sucre is the capital of Bolivia and Kaieteur Falls in Guyana are the largest single drop waterfall ( height and volume together) in the world.
No because bolivia has 2 capitals
La Paz is still a capital of Bolivia
As a non-American I got all of them correct because we actually learn Geography at school, I answered 48 before the options came up and only waited for two to be sure.
Also, the person below is correct about the Cape of Good Hope answer.
the one about golden gate bridge is slightly wrong. it's actually in between SF + Marin county, but too long to include as a multiple choice answer
I got B level. I must get better indeed ! Thanks for the test
48 out of 50 born and raised in Colorado. *The Cape in South Africa was wrong….
I hear the Angel Falls is the world's tallest uninterrupted waterfall (979m/3,212 ft) not necessarily the largest
Depends on how you define "largest". The question was talking about tallest, which is indeed Angel Falls
Sorry, I just re-watched the question. The question says "largest".. so I agree with you, it's not necessarily the largest, and it depends on what is being measured.
@@pepecebolla69 No problem and if we look at waterfall systems then I hear the Iguazu/Iguaçu Falls in Brazil and Argentina are the world's largest. Stretching for 2,700m (close to 3km) along the border of Argentina and Brazil, the falls are made up of 275 different vertical drops with heights varying from 60 to 82 meters (210-270 ft). This makes the Iguazu Falls taller than Niagara Falls and over twice as wide.
The name Iguazu means "Great Water" in Guarani.

Impressed you pronounced Qatar as "cutter", which is how I was taught to say it by somebody who had lived there. I missed 3 questions. Nice quiz!
But that pronunciation is wrong, though.
I missed 3, for 47/50 ... an A. Interesting quiz, thanks for posting it.
50/50. Funny enough the one that nearly threw me off was how many countries make up the United Kingdom as I couldn’t recall if the Isle of Man was considered a country. Greetings from NZL
To be a total geography nerd, the mountain range is actually The Himalya, singular. It means 'Roof of Heaven', and there can only be one of those.
Missed 3, love these quizzes!
3:09 With huge confidence,i really thought it was india gate
I saw it on google it is arc de triophe located in paris
I’ve lived around the world and started out really good in this. Then there were some tough questions and I ended up with 40 out of 50 correct. I am not great on landmarks such as where is this building located. I am good on what straight is this and how many oceans there are.
He missed pronounces the Cliffs of Moher . Its rather like Mower, as in Lawn
I got 45/50!! I love geography 🌎
4 oceans: Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, and Arctic. That is how it is teached in practically all around the world.
Technically, the Southern Ocean is part of the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Oceans, so I think, strictly speaking, you're right.

50/50...only one that baffled me a little the number of Indonesia islands....but over all a pretty easy geography test. Actually I was expecting tougher questions...
Angel Falls is not the largest waterfall in the world. It is the highest. Iguazu Falls is the largest.
You are correct.

Did well until the end… was riding on only missing the Spanish steps question until the last 10 or so questions and missed several in a row! Can’t complain about 44/50 though!
No 18 is wrong. There are four oceans-the Indian, the Atlantic, the Pacific and the Arctic. Where did you get the fifth ocean from? I go by whatever the National Geographic Society determines on its atlases. Does Google maps recognize this fifth ocean?
47 / 50 ....did it well man..❤
