I make fermented ragi kanji regularl along with positive millets and also with left over rice too. My family loves to have fermented kanji in the morning. Infact I give it to my son before he leaves for school. He loves it rather than having milk and all. And it’s best taken in the morning empty stomach.

Raat ko ragi bana kar mitti ke bartan me thode pani ke saath rakh de.
morning me baki cheeze dal kar le le.
mid morning ya lunch me bhi le sakte hai. bas evening me dahi nahi le.
agar raat me time nahi ho to immediately bhi bana sakte hai.
