Then remove rice and collect water into a bottle and store it for 1 week. Or else you can use it right after collect. This water is full of protein and you can use this water to wash your hair.. It gives you an additional shine, smooth and more healthier look. Also there are several RUclips tutorials about rice water, you can watch.

I did try this method years ago (as you can see, my comment is from many years ago). I think it did help, but I wasn't consistent with it, and now I am back to having hair fall issues (mostly caused by stress and hormonal issues). Every person is different, so maybe this will work for others who don't have the same health issues or can be consistent with this method.

Im only 35 but for years I’ve been silently struggling with hair loss. It’s terrifying and depressing. @@amishaaggarwal5929 it works but you will have to be patient. And there are other factors to hairfall also. Like if you were stressed 1-2 months ago..it will affect your hair now..so only oil or shampoo won't work..you will have to know the root of your problem first. Is it internal or external.

I did try this method years ago (as you can see, my comment is from many years ago). I think it did help, but I wasn't consistent with it, and now I am back to having hair fall issues (mostly caused by stress and hormonal issues). Every person is different, so maybe this will work for others who don't have the same health issues or can be consistent with this method.

Im only 35 but for years I’ve been silently struggling with hair loss. It’s terrifying and depressing.
