wowh ... never heard of ... tks for sharing. Excellent production. I cant express my love for Hawaiians and their culture, their spirit, their bond with nature and the ocean. As sailor with more than 47 years now ... as European I am thankfully to know about, teaching us in "Old Europe" what we have lost since long.

With due respect, but the actual paddling footage of your videos is completely over-edited. The subject is so beautiful that you do not need all these fancy rapid cuts and slowmotion BS. These visuals stand in the way of truly seeing what outrigger paddling in the open ocean can actually be, you disguise the skills of the paddlers, the features of the boats, the waves ... everything gone for this fashionable glitzy nonsense.

      Oh boy 😂
      If you only knew.
Come out and try it. Perpetuating health and wellness (amongst other things) for decades if not centuries.

I used to have that mentality. My body and mind became tired, and I had difficulties whenever I had to adapt to any changes in my routine. Then I started working out to strengthen my body and mind. I work 2 jobs, 64 hours a week, and work out 1-2 hours everyday. I have more energy than ever, and find myself enjoying life and the people I love so much more than before. Best wishes to all your endeavors 🤙
