And I do not wear underwear except for 1 small tan bra; My backpack weights only 5 oz- they do not make those anymore (Go Lite) - traveling this world more than 41 years and only carry 1 bag- 5 to 7 kilos only! Free as a bird to enjoy nature and meet wonderful strangers along the way. JR, Texas, 62 yrs old- 120 pounds, semi-vegetarian and I grow my own food.- lucky to travel first class most of the time but still always traveling light:)

Well when I was in Thailand I would either buy water from a store or they had water stations from time to time to fill up your water bottle. Unless I was not staying around the city I would need a water purifier. And i'm not sure what a pacsafe is ? I'm glad you liked my video

How did your trip go? It was super easy to eat vegan. I ate mainly fruits and vegetables and you can find those all over because there are so many markets.

I'm going to Europe in July and I'm think I'll bring one pair of jeans and one pajama pants idk about yoga pants tho cause I love them and they're comfortable but I'm traveling solo I don't want it to hurt me in a way if you know what I mean And then 2 shirts 2 jacket 1 running shoes 1 toms I don't think I'll need accessories Hair ties are very important I'll bring a bunch of them Also idk about you but I'm bring at least 10 underwear 1 sport bra 1 brallet I wanna bring my own coconut oil toothpaste but I'm not sure how to pack it Wipes (come in plastic package I'm sorry I'm trying to find a replacement but so far nothing) Deodorant that I still own from before Hair brush of course Toothbrush My own straw/spoon/fork Produce bag Notebook Pencil Water bottle Eyelash curler Lip balm My own electrics and chargers and all Umbrella just in case A book I think that's it What do you think I need advice this is my first time traveling solo, vegan, as a minimalist, and I'm Couchsuffing.
