4:00 interesting. I just played in a competition today, and I OFFERED to give laser ranging to my competitors. It's about the golf not the tricks IMHO. I'm not a huge aggressive competitor of course, but still, I think the range is something that should almost be public knowledge. I don't want to beat someone because they can't afford a laser. Screw that. If I've got someone who has other priorities in their day to day life, I respect that, and I'll lase for them.
I have a GolfBuddy that's a few years old and one issue i have is that the battery bar is ALWAYS on 1! Really annoying! I changed the battery earlier this year and used it with the low battery showing for 30 rounds before it eventually died, and then once I changed it again i was getting a 1 bar reading in my 2nd round.
Sounds like a fault! I wonder if they’d replace it for you even after 2 years? I didn’t have this issue, and I’m testing their new ‘lite’ rangefinder too and not had any issues, so I’m sorry to hear you had a problem.
@@GolfGuyReviews I'm debating now between a TecTecTec UTL-X and the Precision Pro NX9. And I think i'm going with Precision pro because of their lifetime battery supply and seemingly reliable customer service. Have you tried either?

That's a fair point and could hep for sure. Depending on your eyesight, it could be a bit tricky to use the rangefinder in the first place. But if you can use it, then the voice feature could help.
Thanks for watching. I've bought a Tour V5, but I've not actually used it yet due to lockdown here in the UK, so I can't confirm I'm afraid. But keep a look out for my review soon, as ai plan to compare the V5 against cheaper rangefinders. The L10 is a good rangefinder if you can get it for a good price, there's usually deals online. I have done reviews of some cheaper rangefinders too any my channel, the Mileseey and Aofar GX-2S
