Thank you for taking the time to give the in depth pros cons of each device, was really helpful

Just bought the Voice Caddie TL1 via your link for $244! What a deal!!! Thank you
I have been looking at so many rangefinders and I just left the store more stressed. Thank you for video. This helps a lot.
Yeah these days it's more difficult than ever because there are so many good options, at prices that are all over the map. But happy to answer any questions!
Just get one that works and that’s comfortable to hold, easy to grab and put away. That’s all they do 😂shouldn’t be that tough
The voice caddy really is a great rangefinder, it locks the flag so quickly. Totally agree, for $250 is a no brainer.
Thanks for the review!
As always, great video! Said it before will say it again, I hope this channel blows up 📈📈
haha me too, and thank you!
Love the channel, curious if you've been able to test the PP Titan Elite GPS while also connected to another BT device like a speaker?
bro just love your channel. Cheers from spain
Thank you so much!
Thank you!
Picked up the VC laser fit on the presale price and I love it!
Yeah at the price they're offering it, it's a pretty killer little product. Def doesnt have the build quality of other more expensive models, but the triangulation actually works really well and the optics are surprisingly good for a sub $200 product.
Thanks for this Sean! Loving the voice caddie TL1! Crazy deal and so happy I snagged it
Yeah!! So glad to hear. It's really the best golf deal I've seen all year.
Did it come with a travel case or only the protective sleeve?
@@justinquine7141 sleeve only
I wrote the Precision Pro regarding the compatibility of their Titan Elite rangefinder and the Arccos grip sensors and link-pro device, both of which systems use a proprietory android / apple phone app to link to their respective hardware.
Precision Pro confirmed in writing that the Titan Elite cannot work simultaneously with Arccos via the phone bluetooth protocols and phone apps (ie. it is a case of choosing one or the other).
As I am an avid Arccos user, I will now direct my search to finding an alternate golf rangefinder. Thanks for the recommendation.
Hi! I am from Canada and the TL1 is around 600$ Canadian, is it a better choice to go with the Bushnell V6 shift at 500$ canadien knowing that ? Thanks !!
Great video Sean! Has your opinion changed on the Bushnell tour v6 shift since your review?
Not necessarily, it's still a great device! But if you put the 2 head to head I think the TL1 is a better overall rangefinder, and now it's a fraction of the price. If you got the V6 Shift I think you'll be totally happy with it, but the TL1 offers more for significantly less money.
@@breakingeighty Thank you Sean!
Missed the mark on this one. The Vortex Anarch is a new player in the golf rangefinder category and it too has stabilizer included as well as a magnet.
Will have to check it out.
100%
Hi, thanks a lot for a great video. One question regarding Garmin Z82. In the last garmin update for Epix pro 2 ver.17.,23 we got a new function under settings in the watch golf app. You can now pair it with a rangefinder, I cant find any info about how it works on the course. Will it automaticly update the pincenter on the watch? You have both, could you please test it? 🙂 Im in the market for a rangefinder and have a Garmin epix watch so this looks like a very cool feature. Keep up the fantastic work.
Hi is there anyone here that have the combination of a Garmin S70 or Epix/fenix and a Z82 that could test how they now work together when you pair z82 with the watch directly?
I got it testet and Z82 will not pair with the watch and therefor it will not give any value to the watch app.
Hi mate is there a discount code for the TL1 for the Australian store?
Is there a discount count code for the voice caddy?
Have you used any of the Vortex rangefinders yet? I’m curious how they stack up in your opinion compared to those you featured in this video. Thanks for all the great content!
I have the anarch (the top model) and it is incredible. Very accurate and has great features! Would recommend
What is the link/code for the voice caddy tl1?
I just bought the TL1. On arrival , the battery hatch door was completely jammed. Despite calls and emails, I have yet to get a reply. Any help with this problem?
Would like to see you pick up the vortex optics range finders. They’re a rifle scope company and just released range finders. They have a image stabilizer model too
What month do new rangefinder models come out?
I've been using the Precision Pro V10 for several years and it's great with one exception. If it's foggy,, every reading is 18 yards away. ha ha Not much you can do with fog.
Some of the Leupold rangefinders actually have a "fog" mode that helps with that. I didn't find them to work quite as well as advertised, but certainly helps a bit!
I do enjoy your informative reviews is the reason I subscrbe and support your channel. But, I have to ask, I've been looking to see if I want to upgrade my current range finder I've been using for little over 2yrs now that is very accurate and has a decent flag notification. Its the Callaway 300 pro. I have scanned your range finders reviews many times and you only mention the Callaway once very briefly. Why? For the money I've compared to friends using other brands some less some more and its just as accurate. The only negative if one, is when there are tree's behind you mayl have to shoot it a few times to get the correct yardage, but there is the method on holding and scan to flag which works the 1st time in most cases. Please, I'd like to hear your feedback on what I'm missing or should compare it to. I honestly feel this range finder should be way more than the $199.00 selling price and should have been in your top picks in my opinion. Thank you.
Just got the Pinned Prism + and it's great. Haven't seen a review for it on RUclips. Might be one to take a look at.
I’m looking at this or the vortex blade for a simple fast unit for walking rounds… I tried the superstroke TXR and it’s terrible. What do you like about the prism +
@@adamjacobson3698 well right now they have a father's day special for $199 and you get a free speaker. Also the optics are great. I used to have a Mileseey (Amazon) and this is much better. The display is simple as are the buttons. It feels high quality as well. I've used it a handful of times and the flag lock it pretty good. My buddy has a Bushnell and the Prism + seems to do better. Hope this helps.
Does the voice caddy tl1 come with a travel case? Or does it only come with the protective sleeve?
It comes with both a standard rangefinder case, and the neoprene sleeve.
@@breakingeightyawesome thank you! Just ordered it using your code, definitely the cheapest I could find
JUST FYI but now with the Father's Day sale the Shot Scope Pro Zr plus your promo code it is coming out to $212.50 on the Shot Scope site.
Even with the Bushnell V6 shift being at $350, I think it's a tough sell with the Q6 Shift on sale for $400, the Q4 Shift on sale for $250, the Shot Scope Zr at $212.50, and the Voice Caddie TL1 for $244.
Yeah there were so many killer Father's Day rangefinder deals - a lot of brands really getting competitive on price.
Why no mention of shotscope pro lx+ i would love to do laser distance and gps but I've tried finders that have the gps distance inside the scope and that is so annoying to use. just have the gps distance on the outside so i can just glance at it while its hanging on cart and then if i need to laser something i can use the laser.
Definitely a cool concept, but the rangefinder itself just isn't all that great for the price. Maybe I should have included it for the GPS feature, because that for sure is nice. But the fact the tagging system is their H4, which requires a manual tap to track shots, and then also negates being able to use it on the rangefinder easily - it just wasn't my favorite personally.
@@breakingeighty true that it might not be the best but the fact that it comes with the h4 which can be used separately and gives you the option for shot tracking while other range finders don't. give it's a good amount of versatility.
still havent seen anyone review the vortex line of rangefinders. would be interested to see what you think and how they perform.
I have the anarch and I love it. Very great product and would recommend
The TL1 is showing $244 right now let alone $280 LET ALONE the MSRP of 449! 0.0 what a discount! I hope this drives competition to lower prices too.
Yeah after I recorded this I found out they were dropping even more for Father's Day. It's definitely the best rangefinder deal I've ever seen.
@@breakingeighty Yep, I used your link in the description and it came up for $244 for me as well. Based on your recommendation and other research I’ve done, I couldn’t pass it up. Thanks!
The laser fit has never been reviewed by anyone on You Tube yet? Where did this one come from? Why is is cheaper then the Cube finder?
Dropping the full review soon!
My buddy just purchased the Bushnell X3. That thing is built like a tank. Everything about it is great, except it has one major flaw that isn’t mentioned here. Because they put so much into, the bite magnet on the side of it isn’t strong enough to keep the range finder attached to the cart. The weight of the range finder is just too heavy. It had fallen off the cart 3 times since he bought it. He was even off the cart path when it happened. Now he has to keep it inside the cart all the time. That has steered me away from wanting to purchase it. Outside of that, the optics and accuracy are amazing.
Good insight! I haven't had that issue personally with the X3, but it definitely is one of the bigger/heavier rangefinders out there. Build quality is best out there.
Can you review the vortex range finder
Sean, do you know what IPX rating the TL1 is at?
I don't, but if I had to guess I'd think IPX4
@@breakingeighty Awesome thanks! Trying to decide between this and the Q-6 Slope...With the sale this seems like a no brainer...Appreciate your content!!!
I really wish one of these smart rangefinders would pair up with 18 birdies. That would be baller. Like use the range finder to track the shots and find yardages at the same time then after finishing up put your stats in.
The Precision Pro Titan Elite Pairs up with their own app (similar to 18 birdies) which is nice.
@ajlanger5 not really looking to switch apps, 18 birdies is the social app of choice in our community
What about the tectectec ULT-S Pro with stabilization at $350?
To be totally honest, I didnt realize TecTecTec had an image stabilized model - will need to check it out. But I had a bad experience with the Ult-X, so havent revisited the ULT line. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the KLYR.
Yes, it’s a older model released like 2-3 years ago. I have been using it since its initial launch and it works great for what it does. Slope with image stability and vibration with pin locking. Battery life is great and given hour much golf I play 2-3 week, I have only replaced the battery once. Not rechargeable but I rather like replacing batteries. Anyway, for how old the model is compared to the new models from the competition and price, I think its probably the best all around. Thanks for your videos!
Shawn at $240 is the nx 10 a buy. Why didn't you review the cube?
For sure. The NX10 is great, and that's a great price. That said, the TL1 is better for $245. I've only spent about 15 minutes with the Cube, and I think it's a great concept, and I need to test more to have a definitive opinion. But I found the Voice Caddie Laser Fit to be easier to use from a triangulation standpoint at half the price - so I included that.
Bluetees
Love the brand. But haven't tested the 3+, and the original Max 3 while I like it, isnt quite as good a value as some of the other ones on the list imho
No Cube No Dice
Wow. No love for Leupold?
They haven't updated their lineup in years. I've tested every one, and while they're fine, they're not as good as some newer models from other brands - especially for the price. Would love to see a new model sometime soon.
