Probably one of the realest reviews I’ve seen. I owned the series 1 and I forgot it on a cart and never saw it again. I got a series 3 coming and I loved my series 1.. I imagine the 3 will be great too.
Put your car keys in your rangefinder case when you start, better chance you’ll remember it in the parking lot unless you can’t drive home😂
After owning both low and high end range finders, this one is an excellent choice at an amazing price!

Great Review , This range finder is awesome, my cheat for leaving it on the cart, don't hang the case on your bag instead leave the case in the cart basket this way when you clean out the cart basket you find the case and remember to grab the rangefinder.

I actually just got my second one. Left old one a a cart in Phoenix. Lol. The lens also luminates to help see the flag when it is getting darker out.

"It seemed like they were accurate distances" - I know that this isn't labled a review but using some sort of reference target points to compare measurements to would've been helpful.

Very nice review. I got the same one/color. Mine does not show the Battery Meter indicator though. That could be useful info to know before a round.
Thanks. Good Choice. I'm not sure if theres a way to turn the indicator on/off. I cant remember, I wouldn't sweat it though. The battery lasts a long time. Just toss those spare batteries in your bag and you're good to go. 🍻

Had mine a year now and just sent an email today about accuracy issues. They had good customer service so I’ve heard so I hope they can help me out but not sure what’s going on. I’ve loved it so far but it’s producing a lot of different numbers now.
Did they fix it for free?
Had a buddy that used a very expensive Leupold rangefinder that had a magnet and he left it on the cart and of course never got it back. So for me that’s a no use item. But over all the Blue Tee seems like a great deal. And mine doesn’t feel any thicker than my Bushnell that just crapped out.
Put your keys in your rangefinder case and you’ll lever leave it on the cart. It’s my favourite feature lol
i've narrowed it down to 2 range finders......BLUE TEES SERIES 3 MAX or PRECISION PRO NX10........your thoughts are welcomed and your advice.....cheers from VULCAN ALBERTA CANADA
I have not tested the NX10. I have the NX9 Slope and the 3 Max and they're both great. The feel of the NX9 is a little better as it's softer with the rubber on the grip. I do like the slope switch and the case of the 3 Max better. The NX10 looks cool cuz you can customize n I would probably lean towards that cuz it's slightly cheaper. But keep in mind I have not even held an NX10. Lol. Just based on my experience with the brand. I know it's not gonna be trash. But man you can't go wrong with either.
Just bought this rangefinder and have a tee time this weekend to try it out. Most of the reviews I see of this rangefinder have been good. I am a little confused how you can rate functionality a 5 when you didn't take it out on a course and put it through its paces with respect to accuracy of distance reported, speed, and other factors.
Can confirm it’s a 5 on the course. You’ll like it.
Really good video but I’m looking everywhere on RUclips to find out if the blue tees three max actually pairs with the blue tees player plus speaker GPS unit like the PGA store. Clerk said it would. Anybody can help would be great. Thank you very much.
Hi the 3 max rangefinder doesn't pair with the speaker as it doesn't have gps function. It's "just" a laser rangefinder. The rangefinders with GPS functions you do need to charge often. So pros and cons. Hope this helps. 🍻
How do you like this in comparison to the Precision Pro Nx9?
I haven’t gotten it on the course yet. The packaging, design, extra batteries and overall quality is much better tho.
Hey I can’t seem to find much info on this and I’m curious. How durable are they? If dropped on cart path does that effect accuracy? If any one has had experience with dropping this unit and loss of performant please let me know.
I would put them in the same category as a cell phone. If you drop it once or twice it’s fine but has the potential to crack or break.
@@NewNineGolf Ok thanks so much. Also aside from cracking the housing do you think the impact would effect the accuracy if the housing wasn’t cracked.
I honestly don’t know without it happening. They do seem very durable tho.

Does it mean if I'm at golf course and shooting at the distance to clear the bunker, I need to turn "golf" mode off, and turn it back on when I'm ready to shoot at the flag?
Maybe? I honestly can’t say for certainty. I’ve yet to take it on the course yet.
I know you asked this months ago, but you can leave it on the golf mode, you'll just need to hit the button to lock in on the bunker, and then again on the pin
great packaging but rather knock off 40 dollars for the superior box ill throw away and the printing on foam

Press the top mode button twice to go into golf mode. See if that works.
Thick to me equates to more durable.
I just bought a Blue Tees Series 3 Max and I'm quite disappointed. It picks up everything in the background. Hard to zero at the pin.
Did you try turning on golf mode. I had similar issues with golf mode off. When it's on, it picks up the flag no problem.
I have one and it sucks. I got three different numbers everytime! And they arent even close

Concur they are cheap garbage. I bought one and it had blemishes on the lens. Bought insurance for it and when I returned it they asked if I wanted another. Got my money back, you can keep it.

I think the rangefinder looks pretty good but there are better at this price. I have to also say I'm not real thrilled with the review look at how much time you spent on how it looks and how it was boxed or packaged. You finally finally got to features and even then almost forgot to talk about the magnet. My advice focus on the features first that's what most golfers care about. How well does it Focus in the 100 to 200 yd range and how well does it Focus beyond that same for less than 100 yards. I get that weather May preclude this where you are but get creative and find a way to check that. How well does it pick out the pin from other things close by? I could care less how cool you think the box is. I think it is great that there are three colors and there are probably a lot of Lady golfers that care about that. I really don't care which one you like I don't even know you. I see there are a lot of reviews here with a really like your assessment. So maybe I'm just too focused on functionality but I think you could use a little more focus on it. I hope this is helpful.
As someone who reviews golf products (for a living) a lot of products are underwhelming to open. Cardboard, styrofoam and tape. Bluetees created an unboxing experience with their packaging. Sorry for saying it was nice 🤷♂️. Since using the rangefinder for two golf seasons I can confirm it’s accuracy and functionality and stand behind what I said in the video. I would be curious to hear what range finder you view as better at the same price point - as I have not found one even close.
Hey look I don't want to debate with you. I'm sure you know the names. My comment had nothing to do with what I think is best versus what you think is best. I was simply asking you to consider getting to the functionality and features quicker. I hope my comments were helpful. And if not, that's okay too. Gotcha. No you're right. Functionality is important. I think in an ideal world, I can compare it to another rangefinder like I did in my NX7 slope review. But if you're actually interested in this unit. As I mentioned, after using it, I can confirm it's accuracy vs other units. And what sets this apart are the things like color options batteries, packaging, slope, magnet etc. It's up to you to determine if that's worth for you. Thanks for watching and the comments. 🍻
