I couldn’t care less about “likes” but Jimi Jamison definitely deserves a few! He wasn’t the original singer for the band or this song but man he could really belt it out! I know a lot of people say Steve Perry is the iconic voice of the 80s and I agree he is but Jimi sang with power and emotion and that just can’t be overlooked!
Jayar Porquerino Yeah his voice is a little thinner. He’s still good,no doubt but Perry And Jamison had that rasp and tone And the ability to sing with power and control...But none of this would have been possible without Jim and Frankie so cheers to them as well!

Considering the orchestra nearly killed a great song and there's a key change to allow him to sing at a lower octave, he sounds great. His voice is still clear.

I ♥️♥️ Dave Bickler very much but please.. he's not what he was in his 20's, 30's, or 40's. He lost most of his vocal prowess with age. Still love him though..
I think the competition that every one compares Bickler, Jamison, & Perry in it's self is unnecessary, they all brought something to music and are all individuals with their own unique voices.

Even years after his surgery. When Dave came back to the band in 1993, he was 40 and his voice was in top form. You can find some of their shows from 93' here on RUclips. He kicked ass. .
Good rendition by Dave Bickler... better than some of the later Survivor live renditions when he was still in the band to be honest. Still, Survivor is just a cash cow to Sullivan these days... still not sure how he ever came to own the band... Jim Peterik was the real heartbeat. Bickler and Jimi Jamison (both great) did the frontman business... Sullivan? A reasonably good guitarist who was a good sounding board when it came to the songwriting.. without really writing any of them despite the credits. Survivor, as it stands now, isn't really Survivor... it's Frankie and Friends and Family. Getting rid of Bickler was basically stripping the band of its last layer of legitimacy.
