After watching your channel for years and years, anticipating the next Best Car Sounds Volume, and learning about all the different cars that you feature I have to say this is by far the BEST car channel on youtube. I mean...you almost have a million subs that would agree with me lol. Bozzy you're the greatest!!! This channel is going to see a million I swear.
Fast forward 4 months, the GR Yaris Rally2 really proved itself to be a great platform even though it just debuted this year with multiple wins & podiums.
The road version of the GR yaris is a 3 cyl turbo, producing 272hp so it's make financial sense to reuse this engine since the wrc2 rule are 1600cc turbo 280/290ish hp. Rally1 use a 1600cc 4 banger , but i bet it's like 10 times more expensive to an off the shelf engine they "mass" produce.
Now this I can relate to. Reminds me of the Group A class that ran production cars and gave us the Celica GT Four, STi’s and Evos we all love. Aside from the big jumps here and there, I’ve lost interest and don’t care for the space frame winged madness in WRC1
This is the route WRC should be heading. none of this super agressive aero and stupid hybrid nonsesse. Back to afordable, simple good looking cars people can relate to.
You trying to compare an F2 kit car from late 90 to a Rally2 car from 2024, not the same engine rules at all.😉 I also 100% prefer any the F2 kit car sounds than present WRC/WRC2 car, but it's not comparable at all.

A rally car disappearing behind the twilight(or morning glow) is very impressive.Thank you for great video.

Im so glad and proud i own a GR Yaris, already an icon and future sort after car. ❤
Utterly fantastic aren't they, got a white one myself 👌🏻
Loud even louder Toyota GR Yaris💥💥💥
This car is killing the competition in Australian rally championship
That's not the same car. That is GR Yaris AP4 homologated for Asia-Pasific rally. This is a Rally2 car homologated by FIA
@@abenas40we have AP4 here in New Zealand and it seems to be the exact same cars with slightly less power but more aero
Best Rally Car ever!
The sound of that anti-lag though
Best sound in any motor sport
So happy to see the GR Yaris rallying finally! Was it in Sweden that WRC stage was won by a 3cyl for the first time?

I have the Circuit Pack version of the car. It's the best car I've ever driven.
any reason for 3 over the 4 cylinder?
Because it’s a gr Yaris. And I think they did it just because they could. Push as much power as they reliably could from a 3cyl motor
i know somebodys yaris 3 cyl totaled with 130k km 👎

Homologation
@@uludak8468 What does their Yaris have to do with this conversation? "Totaled" implies they plowed into a wall.
ma lord true blessing to ears
Anyone know what exhaust is being used? Thank you!

Mooolto bello....!!!! 👏👏

The problem is not only in wrc also in f1 and wec it ripps that classic sound from cars until no longer can feel that passion
Rally cars should sound batshit crazy. Y'all would be fawning over this if it was a Killer B.
Commenting for algorithm
C👀L . . . 👍
I thought it red Toyota or Yaris and I said wait a minute same manufacturer😂😂😂😂😂❤ sounds like a can of marbles but you know what I can't look away
Blowoff valve go: 🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥

Un motore con tre cilindri è come un animale con tre zampe
ma ti rendi conto di che cazzo di macchina hanno tirato fuori?
Yaris used to be the shittest Toyota car and now it becomes the wrc no.1.
The sound of this motor is horrible.
Please give us 306 maxi again.
