Nice choice ,I got that same setup on my 16 GT and it’s honestly the main reason why I even got a 5.0 mustang.. it sounds best when engine is cold

The first thing that went through my mind when I saw the title was. Yes. I used to wonder who would ever spend that much money on an exhaust until I heard one in person and drove it. It's so unbelievably loud but at the same time no drone at all its amazing.

I went with the Borla ATAK and I'm glad I did...!!!!! A friend of mine has Corsa on his and it is night and day from my ATAK's... So loud and every push of the gas pedal, and down shifts are SICK...!!!! Nothing against Corsa, but my money is on Borla ATAK for any and all Mustangs... The new 21' Mach1 has Borla ATAK's on it and the sound is un-fricken-real....!!!!

Just got exhaust tips installed on my rcf at Mack’s muffler last week! Probably one of the better exhaust shops out here.

They installed an x pipe on my 11 gt about a month ago. Cool little shop and nice guys.
I currently run a roush x-pipe and slp loudmouth mufflers. They sound pretty good not too loud and nice deep sound but the drone is pretty bad. Corsa keeps calling my name still Lol will probably end up switching!
Quick tip, I used a floor jack to support the entire exhaust and pull it out the back. Working alone, you have to work smarter.

I was looking at these or Borla Ataks. Ended up going Ataks for black tips and not as high pitched at Corsa. Can't go wrong with either though.
I think I like the Flowmaster better but I’d have to hear it in person.
I have Corsa Xtremes with the Corsa Double H pipe on my boosted 17. I had the Double X before the Double H. Was hoping the
Double H would make it deeper. It did but it’s a very minor difference.
It had to grow on me but I am finally starting to like it on my car. It has gotten a lot of compliments.
That sounds quite lovely. Super clean v8 noise. No can noise, just clean v8 Coyote mayhem

Mine is straight through with an h-pipe (cat-back). Drone is noticeably bad around 2,000-2,250 RPM, so in final gear around 65-70 mph the drone is at its worst. After 75mph drone goes away and you only get a nice gurgle.
Definelty gonna keep the h-pipe but ill install the bare minimum for mufflers, just to get rid of drone. I wanna keep as much of that raw v8 as possible.
🤤🤤, sounds great. The flow master sounded very thin and dull and the corsa has a great tonal spectrum. The lows, mid and highs are well balanced.

@@lobehold2263 my back seats have been down ever since i learned about that haha. Also I put microfiber cloths on the seatbelt so it doesn't press so much into the seat while the seats are folded down but not required, unless the seats are down all the time, then you will see the seats getting pushed in by the bottom part of the seatbelt but if you leave your seats up for a day or two they tend to go right back to normal. No one uses backseats as far as i know anyway xd
I have a borla s type on my 19. Not as loud as the extreme or atak but still sounds dope.

I went H-Pipe (resonator delete), and with Roush axel backs, then installed a Roush Stage 2 Supercharger........the reinstalled the resonator because the car was just WAY TOO LOUD!! I love it, but I want to be able to get on it without waking neighbors or those with homes that back up to the street.

I am at the single tip setting now (Corsa), and when 'we' upgrade it to dual tips setting (quad), the things we need to do are 1) get a new valence, 2) get a new pair of quad tips, and 3) do some cutting?
How is this for a daily driver? Thinking of picking it up for my 17' GT, but my very first drive the second I turn out of my driveway is a steep hill. Don't wanna wake up the neighborhood, anyone with experience? Am probably getting it regardless, and love the sound. Just want to know if you can keep it kind of quiet when you need to!

But with a 3" adapter, you're restricting air flow until after the adapter. Why not have 3" headers and exhaust throughout the entire setup?

Catback, no! Never. Only if you delete catalytic converters or change headers. Then in that instance it usually voids warranty
