Well it’s not like she was a good cook or a chef. She ripped her own food because she sucked so bad. She was lazy, dirty and couldn’t cook an egg. I can’t believe how Carolyn and Billy called her a chef. She can’t even do fast food

Ive had my share of rough teachers. My dad and a home tutor. My dad chewed my ass out because i couldnt get my zeroes "0" long and straight enough and they looked too much like O's. The other hone tutor said that i would never succeed in life or ever pass maths and made me cry, never had i loathed someone at that level. Funnily enough, i got a 91% on that maths test that came afterwards and my handwritings worse than it ever was. Moral of the story. Ummm. Idk, people who really shout at you have their own reasons, always empathise and put yourselves in their shoes. They may be shouting to vent, shouting due to personal problems, shouting because they wanna bully gou or they may actually be trying to help. So make sure you figure it out, stay calm. Dont cry. And most importantly. Communicate without fear. The people that are the hardest to gou are most often the people that are the best for you.

Kitchen nightmares ain't so much about the food. It's more a 5 day management class. Information and structure. The PoS system he gives a lot is arguably the best thing he does. It gives a clear picture. A lot of owners open a place becouse on a social scale they are great but on a management scale they don't cut it.

The UK and the US version feel so different. I like the authenticity of the UK version more. It was also less dramatic and felt more like a serious real-life documentary.
