Gordon needs his own talk show. He's freaking talented as hell, and not just a cook, but he's funny, and interacts well and communicates well with others. Dudes got career after career he can line up under his sleeves.

I remember this episode well - this guy seemed totally hopeless as a restaurant owner. Awesome that he was able to turn it around and be successful.
That was my favourite episode ever. The emotional baggage that he and his chef had (they'd gone to school together) was powerful.
