I think a lot of younger women don’t understand men in general. I know when I was younger, I had a ton of misconceptions. I served four years as a United States Marine, and that was how I came to learn so much more. Specifically about how deeply men feel, and how it’s just not expressed the same way because men aren’t women and vice versa. It was a huge eye opener for me and I’ll forever be grateful for the many transparent conversations men were willing to share with me. Those gentleman taught me a lot.
I believe men and women are both incredibly valuable. Just very different from each other… almost like different species. But thankfully very compatible. One is not better or worse than the other.

I don't think that's what he was saying. The goal is not to be ruled by your base desires or the woman's powers. I don't think he said anything about not "validating her" -I'd say provide, protect and pursue the woman you are interested in -and don't do those things to get eg. Finally something biblical. I had a girlfriend a few months back who worshipped me. We both decided abstinence was the way we wanted to go. I used to be a pick up artist, so don’t think I’m a prude. I wanted to not do anything that wasn’t biblical because I wanted this relationship to last. After 2 months of her tempting me, I gave in and I could FEEL the dynamic immediately shift. That was the beginning of the end, 3 months later, she had morphed into a whole different human and I could feel her resentment towards me every time we spoke. I caught her talking to her ex boyfriend and I immediately dumped her. She accepted it without any resistance. Shit was crazy

This was a cool concept Casey is touching on. To sum it up i think his main point is that women want a man who is better than they are in every single metric. specifically they want a man that has more control over his sexual desires than she does. Its about men having complete and utter control over himself AND the relationship. Lusting and having sex non stop isnt signaling that the man is in complete control. The woman realizes subconsciously that the man is weak for sex and thus lower value.

@@LRS11B Yes I believe you are correct and so was my summation I mentioned earlier. I have found this stuff is easier said than done. Heck I still have trouble putting this stuff into practice in real life which is why I constantly watch Casey and a few other similar channels to keep me sharp.
So how often is too often when it comes to having sex? If any sex at all is a surrender to weakness and diminishes a woman’s respect, what is the point of being in a relationship or having sex in the first place? And why would “having options” increase a woman’s desire for a man? If having sex opens a man to contempt in a woman’s eyes, wouldn’t exercising options just lower her opinion of him still further?
This video was a huge eye opener for me. I have noticed women lose respect and start shit testing after I get it in, especially recently that I've been on a dozen or so dates over the last month. When I've waited and purposefully teased women by not giving into sex they want it 10x more and treat you WAY differently and almost put you on a pedestal. I just never really fully realised it. I think the spiritual aspect you mentioned is extremely important, and no one really talks about that. I've felt my best around women when I've abstained, and most of them are honestly flabbergasted when I do so. From here on I'm abstaining and not being a manslut, because honestly it gets pretty depressing just turning chick's out, makes you lose faith in humanity and yourself although the alure of it is intoxicating. That does not mean you always abstain as ofc it is halal after wedlock but you should never let these sins control you and find a good balance. You must remember that Casey's advice is very wise but may not always align with Islam.

Going through divorce with a child really made me look at this a lot differently. Anytime I’m getting to know a woman I find myself asking whether this is somebody I would want to have a child with (whether accidental or intentional). The extremely negative relationship with my child’s mother makes me very discerning about forming any kind of union with women now. On a positive note, I have found that by abstaining I also have more women in my life who are trustworthy and consistently supporting me, despite the relationships not being sexual/romantic in nature. There’s a lot of truth to what you’re talking about and I appreciate you discussing the spiritual side of this.

Hey Casey! Beautifully explained! I am 35 now, I have been coming to a similar conclusion through my own experiences, but because I was raised in a Hindu culture it has it's own flavor. I totally agree with all the pointers, but I would add another level to it, on top of all these high standards, also add being "MEDITATIVE" , NOT doing meditation but BEING meditative...which means being in a highly attentive/aware state 24/7 , This will actually raise your happiness levels.OK hear me out please... usually our mind is in a scattered /confused state ( this also wastes lot of our energy as brain consumes 20% of nutrition) . But when you are in a meditative state, you are centered and even if it feels like your are using energy when you start practicing it, it will slowly become your default state and will bring an ease to your life ( it will raise your energy levels). If you want to make this easier, start practicing Semen retention/ Brahmacharya. After you practice this for some amount of time, you will realize that your manifestations also start happening super fast (i.e you just have a thought and within days it will happen, I know hard to believe but try it out). But if you can even ignore the worldly desires , you can start getting glimpses into reality or you can even say start experiencing glimpses of God! I believe the next stage would be enlightenment/nirvana/moksha. But I am not personally there yet. I don't know why I am sharing this here, I feel your teachings just clicked something in me. All the best! Keep helping people out there!

One of the best explanations I've heard. I'm an experienced man, still struggling sometimes with women. Taking my experiences and listening to Casey's explanation, makes perfect sense. Recently, my girlfriend put me to the test...and I didn't recognize it. The test was wrath...I got upset after something she said, and didn't demonstrate the composure to laugh it off. Looking back, I know I messed up...and this video explains how.
This is very accurate. I grew up around pimps in Oakland CA and they always told me they gain control over there woman by not having sex with them. You definitely take something that I've been deep diving about for the past several months and shed some essential insight that I've been thinking about only mildly to an extent. There's a woman i like and she's a friend of mine. I slowly understood what she meant by stating she wanted someone to challenge her; essentially someone to tell her "no" or that there is a better way. She literally "gave me answers to her test", but i wasn't ready then. I told her i liked her but i also knew she was in some period of not dating any one. Tho i sensed she was still passively looking. Things haven't been the same ever since. However, in this time I have been working on myself and preparing for the day we either see each other again or i meet someone else (cuz I'm not waiting for her. ) When the time comes I'll be ready and if it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be. Exactly. I'm 40 years old and live in the center of beautiful Heidelberg Germany. I inhabit a flat with 2 students, to save money. I can walk to work (ICU nurse), but I have an old used bike for less then 200 bucks. I don't need to travel. Heidelberg is paradise. No car, no kids. I only work part time so I have enough money for my hobbies: Bouldering, Running, Gaming on Sony PlayStation and Nintendo Switch (if our house burns down, I can't lose those games, I own them in the cloud). Life is beautiful nowadays, why would I waste it at work. I only buy cloths when I really need them, mostly cheap.
You can eat healthy for 5 bucks a day (coffee included). It's easy: stick to things that have only 1 ingredient, but no isolates like sugars and oils (you can throw them together obviously for a meal)
I consider whole grain pasta to be healthy, but you should have them split up in to maximum 2 meals a day. Other than that I eat oats, nuts and vegetables. Only drink water, coffee, and tea without additives. If you're vegan have your vit.B12 and a good source of omega-3 fatty acids (chia seeds, walnuts), maybe vit.D if you're a nightshift worker or not out in the sun much, and you're good. you hit on something. i have a good story for you. one day long ago i grew frustrated with women because i was only attracting the women i was not into. i decided to swear off of women and not be into any of them. no matter what, i was not interested. i was still nice and engaging but i didnt accept any of them as a possible partner. I've been watching your content for the last couple weeks. The way you present the information is well thought out, and is giving me a new POV on dating. I've had a lot of what I thought were great relationship over the years. I never was really taught why girls like what they like. By accident I would be dating multiple girls and by default wouldn't want to settle down with any of them. Some would bail but there were always new ones. Eventually girls would pressure me for a relationship. I never realized it HAD to happen like this. It never works the other way, and actually makes them dissappear.
