Roads, buildings, structure, vehicles, banks, infrastructure, security, strength, protection etc etc etc. women need everything that men are to be able to be a woman. Adam was doing everything without Eve. He named the animals and the plants and was dwelling and doing. God saw that he had no way of reproducing like the plants and the animals did. Women couldn't do anything without a man, whether it was her father or her husband. Now, women are pushing back against that by having fulfilling lives, careers, financial independence without a man. So no, men aren't a need, they are a bonus IF she chooses.. and now women have that choice. How was Adam doing everything without Eve if he needed Eve to fulfill God's purpose?
