I live in the land of perpetual summer, and the Tahoe area is the land of perpetual winter. I’m often there May 30th & it always snows. Summer is 3 months, then winter sets in again.

I like my $20 mil home with no neighbors being able to see into my windows. So this is a hard pass!
Everything about this house, its location on the lake, waterfront features, etc is top notch. But what kind of buyer does the seller have in mind? Even a billionaire would want to own something 100% for $20m+. This 50/50 thing doesn't make sense.
