The camera work was frustrating throughout the whole thing. Too many quick cuts and random shots at the ceiling. There are other real estate channels that slowly walk through the house allowing you to see things with perspective. Why not do that here?
“Trust me you wouldn’t wanna click off this one..” AS IF I’d buy the house or even consider it but yes I did watch the whole thing and now I have dreams

I find these envious comments hilarious. Philip Patek? Too old and stodgy. Rolex Sub? Too plebeian. La Ferrari? The Bugatti Chiron is faster. The Chiron? I prefer a Koenigsegg. Modern minimalist decor? Too spartan, and the materials look cheap. Finer materials, Victorian/Tudor decor- wow poor taste. It’s why you will all always be poor, because you’re emotions around wealth and comfort are shame, envy, judgment. As if you can afford $75m, or as if you a few million more for a billionaire couldn’t redecorate a home. If putting down vacations you can’t afford, finer things you cannot afford, lifestyles you cannot afford on RUclips makes you feel better- that shows your true colors of repelling success, looking for a way to quit. Because rather than asking, how do I get there, envious critique is an escape hatch from the conflict between having the level of comfort and prestige you feel you deserve and the undesirability of dedication/sacrifice/sweat/tears needed to get there.

@@frankg1969 While that might be true during the day due to ambient sun light glare off the glass and especially true if there is a reflective mirror tint on the glass. All bets are off though at night time though as you can see right into the room if the lights are on. When you hear the term "One Way Glass" (or one way mirror as some refer to it as) like that used for interrogation rooms or witness lineup rooms, its just a very thin highly reflective film on the glass that requires one side to be relatively well lit and the other side relatively dark. The dark side can see into the lit side but not the other way... So when the room is lit at night, I have zero doubt that some outside couldn't see into the room. Edit: if you look at like 8:48 / 8:49, its dusk and all the lights are on inside both houses and the view from the drone footage clearly shows that you can see in. With that said, from low elevations (like from the lake surface), the angle from the surface of the lake to inside the rooms would be such that unless someone was close to the glass itself, they are not going to be easily seen but my original comment about a telescope from the other side of the lake (especially if up from the lakes surface) still stands.
@@frankg1969 Yeah, as I watched the video again, I can tell that it has a mirror film on it but my night time comment still stands. And if you haven't seen it (I think I finish it at the same time as your reply), please see my edit in that previous post about the one way glass.
Usually when you build a mansion on a lake like this you dock your boat or fleet at the main dock that you would drive to. That was it doesnt interfere with the cliff side, and you can pay people to work on and gas up your boat at night when you arent using it.

In the master bedroom: "It is so private that nobody can see into this part of the house"

The glass isnt see through i think
Chris yeah i think its one way look at 4:19
@@frankg1969 Yeah, as I watched the video again, I can tell that it has a mirror film on it but my night time comment still stands. And if you haven't seen it (I think I finish it at the same time as your reply), please see my edit in that previous post about the one way glass.

Odd they did not add a Pool, or Boat Dock.
That will cost you an extra 20M, because why not?
Usually when you build a mansion on a lake like this you dock your boat or fleet at the main dock that you would drive to. That was it doesnt interfere with the cliff side, and you can pay people to work on and gas up your boat at night when you arent using it.
@@Alectrizo They are both massive oversights when you are catering to the billionaire market. Billionaires expect everything at their finger tips, people come to them they dont go to people like common folk so to not have a boat dock or a pool is a massive negative at that price point.
