2 great little trucks, on those batteries in the JC16 for checking the voltage with a battery checker or charging them on a proper charger. I use a 2s or 3s balance extension lead.

Another great video! I love both lil cars. I did the 'wide kit" Derby City RC has posted but i used the hbx 903a parts instead of the 2997. Works great for stabilty snd more shock options. You should really pickup some male to female balance adapters for the batteries, takes all the pita out of em. Or, as stated in a previous video, sacrifice a crappy usb charger and old battery balance lead. You really should make a video making one for content. Ive seen quite a few vids of people liking the batteries but have the same complaint of not being able to check voltage/ use a hobby-grade charger.

Great breakdown of both of these little monsters. The handling of the JC16 won me over. I actually have it back at home on the work bench, our neighbor brought it over and stated it wouldn't move anymore, sure enough, i think the pinion came loose. I will update back here after i get it torn apart. I do know it has the upgrade diffs in it, for some reason or maybe thats all they had in stock 🤷♂️ i cant remember what the stock gearing is for it either but i believe it's 14/50 with a 4200kv compared to 4400kv and 16/50 on the JC14 truck. Once i get it repaired I'll do a speed test on it again with the Jc14 tires before i give it back to Devin. Have a safe trip, Happy Thanksgiving 🙏🙏
I got the hosim and the hyper go model for the 1/14 I got mine when they first came out with that style and mine came with 2s and mine don't got that 5 button push button on mine but ya cool cars I did like that u get extra parts and padle tires on the 1/14 one ....
@@JmanRc I am not sure if they esc with the 5 push power button is any quicker…. I think it just allows you to go to full power instead of the reduced power mode. I would love to try some Hosim RCs out!
