    Absolutely! You are absolutely right. Controlling carbohydrate intake in the keto diet is a crucial principle, and what you emphasize is extremely important. I agree that consciously measuring and tracking the amount of consumed carbohydrates is key to staying in ketosis.
    Your tips about vegetables, such as eggplants and cauliflower, are very accurate. We often forget that some vegetables may contain more carbohydrates than expected. This makes precise measurement and control essential to avoid unintentionally exceeding the carbohydrate limit.
    Your point about psyllium husk is also a valuable note. Everything we add to our meals must be accurately measured to maintain a balance of macronutrients. This allows us to enjoy tasty dishes while staying in the keto state.
    Let's also keep in mind the carbohydrate content in soups and stews. We often forget that even seemingly healthy dishes may contain hidden carbohydrates. Being aware of this fact helps us make more conscious nutritional decisions.

    Great information ❤️ but i don't think keto is for me😂😂😂. But i would include some of these in my low carb journey. Ate a strict protein diet one day and i almost fainted in class🥲 like real story. So i think i would stick to low carbs and more protein intake. Lets just say a keto diet buh not too strict

    Butternut squash is the perfect alternative for yam on a keto diet. It is almost as sweet as sweet potatoes. It's so good. But you can only find it in malls.

    Which one is Kaduna oil lol! Maggi has MSG. Nice that we can eat cheese. I make carbage, sweede, or brocoli swallow, but cabbage has been my to go. Like lemon in my water too.

    You are right with the swallow, but remember your carb intake in the keto diet is 30gram to 50gram per day. But some vegetables are a little high in carb, such as garbage, eggplants, and cauliflower. The psyllium husk is 1 tsp, is 3.4 grams, and 1 tbsp is 10.3 grams. And with keto, you must measure your food so you don't go over board on carbs. Dont forget, and our soup and Stew have carbs, too. So we must consider all of that too. So you won't be kicked out of ketosis

      On the keto diet, no it’s not as has a lot of carbs. If you are in a low carb diet, you can balance it with lots of vegetables

      The basmati rice has a low glycemic index, you can eat it in moderation. The other rice are the ones no healthy.

      I missed that oo, cow milk isn't keto compliant. You can use Unsweetened almond milk & coconut milk.

      It’s not , most of the foods are vegetables & protein which are cheap and readily available.
      Trying and copying foreign keto recipes is what makes it expensive

      Oats are high in carbs… eating oatmeal will not keep your body in a state of ketosis. So no, it’s not appropriate for the keto diet

      Sadly it’s not compliant cos plantain is really high in carbs. Also if you must eat fried foods, avoid groundnut oil.. you can use coconut oil, avocado oil or airfryer
