This is a great tutorial, I learned a lot. Especially I like the trick of saving an assembly as SolidPart to get a solid body of the model. However, what's bummer is the fact that the gears don't actally fit into each other precisely: the teeth collide (intersect). It would have been interesting to see how to design them so that they really match with each other.
"You explained it really well! Adding a few tips on speeding up the design process would make it even better. [45:27]I just made a video with those tips-anyone interested can watch it!"
Ratio wheel to pinion in the gear set is about 1.5 (For example 10 teeth for pinions and 15 teeth for wheels) In a gear set for heavy loads in trucks you need 4 pinions and teeth number in wheels are even like 16 or 18. So it is only an example in some points far away from real parts. But very nice example to do this parts for own constructions.
Cmon people. They just make a tutorial about using SW. I know the gear system won't work as a differential gearbox, just because of missing some gears (not because of the number of teeth or interfering or anything else...). The mechanical or physical is not the importance thing here.
you could pass the assembly plan so I can practice the interpretation of plans and do it myself in soliworks I would appreciate it very much. SUBSCRIBED
I don't understand what u do like at 7:45, u use the cut-extrude to cut the leftover circles but i dont know how to do it, u just click cut-extrude and then click on cirpattern1. And in the final assembly, at 57:00 when u assemble the shaft with the gear, i guess u can mate the shaft keygroove with the gear keyway 1st and then u can concentric, it's easier than u mate the keyway and keygroove after u concentric (just my idea), anyway, great vids, just need the voice
If you have a professional card homologated by Solidworks, the function Real View, has already been activated into the software. You can activate Solid View Real View manually, even if your graphics card is not professional, and the graphics of the model will improve greatly, but will never have the quality of a professional board.
I cannot watch instruction videos without voice and annoying music (OK, you can switch off the music). Within the first 5 minutes I lose concentration and within 5 minutes I am sleepy.

Great assembly. However, gears do not work properly. Teeth are interfering with each other
I LOVE YOUR DESIGN LIBRARY

Pro. Bravo! I wach All your videos! 👏
Excellent, good tutorial video!

we need to hear the voice
Great work, but some parts of video, important to your viewers, are cutted off. It is very hard to study with missed little parts.

Hi, thanks for your lessons!
How to identify the distance between the gears?
Awesome sir your all vedio teaches us very much...
Can you put it up for download?
P.S I've drawn many engine components thanks to your tutorials, keep up the good work!
Excellent

hi, is it possible to get the blueprint of this deferential ? it could really help me in my project
thanks!
amazing
So interesting movie!! Thanks a lot!!!!
Great modeling
the great sw i have need a great job..

Can you please tell me the exact names of each part? I have to put these names in my portfolio. Thanks in advance.
kraaal biliyorsun bu işi , you know it
:DDDD
Left right gear or 12 gear teeth in your tutorial, I tried it in Solidworks, my gear doestn't change shape, why?
спасибо :)
sir pls es video me voice ka v use kare pls.
and mind blowing differential gearbox video
i dont think the gear system will work with that modules center distance and number of teeth
U shud know solid works creates only simulations
It is not very difficult, to create correctly model in solidWorks. With bevel gear too.
needs of bearings
Hello, Can anybody explain to me how this kind of differential works?
Good job !!
Sir, it's a great work, please just one question: could you tell me this
differential of which vehicle? Or more than that, what is its
Reference?
Its made up, this would never work in real life.
great work! Thanks!!!!
Hello, The toolbox not Configuring in my SolidWorks. I'm trying to add the toolbox but it shows "failed to create". Can you please help me with this?
How we can assemble the V6 engine with this differential gear box and camshaft unit and clutch ?
thank you
The dimensioning of part 3 is totally incorrect !

Do you open realview ? Because I opened but this view not equal your part view
What about manual transmission gear box , with different speeds
What type of differential is it and what are its specific measurements?
hi, what is version of the solidworks?is it 2012?
Hi. Where you take dimensions?
Where can we find a gearbox sketch with dimensions? best regards
Only in this tutorial!
The dimensions with which they model the differential are real measures?
Can i get the detailed drawing of all the sub parts
Would that actually work? What is the purpose of the black part with the very large teeth?
nice tutorial. bro i couldn't find iso power transmission in my design library. i am using solid works 2010
how many parts are there?
I wonder why the "combine" comand does not work T.T
hello excuse me, do you have the measurement drawings?
I dont understand what you did at 2:27 what part is that and why don't you show how it was made?
Hi. Have a question. For this view quality need a pro video card?
merci
Dónde puedo conseguir los planos ???
37:42
Hi, how do you find the 'Fit Spline' function?
Goto "TOOLS" then "SPLINE TOOLS" then "FIT SPLINE"
Wonderfull
Where are from do you take dimensions?
?Hi what is your VGA card you are using
@ first 8 seconds the right side gear I think is turning the other way..cant you see it?
Do you have a isometric picture of this ?
How to get dimensions of the gear from net
What did he do at 7:50. How was the cut excluded from circular pattern?
He just re positioned the cut after the circular pattern and the little obstacles where also cut. 5 years after! LOL!
Great Job .BUT I DON'T THINK tHIS IS A Differential at all even if it looks like a Dif.... where is its entry and exit .!!!!
sir can i get this model in dwg format
is youtube ask about your solidworks lisensed so you can put advertisement on your videos.
where can i find the dimensions
gear module must be the same!!!!!
what level of a computer do I need for the graphics to be up to this level?

how did he change the line command to arc command without clicking any option in the sketch toolbar? @ 0:57 time
when u have made that line, just go to the end point of that line and automatically it will convert to arc.
You skipped some steps where you changed features of some extrusions and these steps would lead to error
Nope, it worked for me
Voice kidhar hai,Designing and Assembling is good par editing to sahi se kar lete,Video cut rahi hai to function samaj hi nahi aa rahe...
i like the looks of it, but that aint no differential at all, the two smaller axles are supposed to turn the same way, not the opposite directions
Hi channel , I want to download 2D sketches to practice , please show me how to do . thanks very much
Me too
so it is true then best couch is not best player
Very beautiful sweet sir hi good morning ji
some parts are under dimensioned
35:02 that part doesn't work but u just skipped that part
i work in inventor, i need blueprint
Why do you have so much cuts in your Videos??? If it weren't for these cuts, your videos would be super awesome......
Gears are not meshing properly
Try changing no of teeth, module and center distance.

Question: How will be inserted "straight miter gear_iso" to "Part1"?
This design did not use any bearings. That why, it is a wrong design.
7:45 a 7:53 ???
gears is wrong ! this is a big problem for analysis
See drawing pl
