I came up with this full body suicide circuit where I add one rep to each round starting @ 10 and ending @ 20. I’ll give you the deets later if I can find ONE video where @bamitchellswap isn’t playing in the background 😭🤦🏾‍♀️ and out of all the things he could eat, he chooses Popeyes while I’m trying burn some Thanksgiving fat 🥲🤣🤣🤦🏾‍♀️ NO GOOD!
