Some girl on Instagram pointed out alot of things they are conveniently leaving out. 1) child had previous head injuries while being alone with the stepmother. Even to a point where she had to seek medical attention. Alll of her previous injuries was when she was ALONE with the stepmother. Important detail to not overlook 2) There is a photo circulating of how the child looked at the stepmom said she "trippes when walking". I've seen that photo and it looks like a beating! * for awhile she wasn't even allowed to be alone with Jurayah because of the mysterious injuries. She was only in the childs life for 6 months. 3) There is no way the child was injuried prior to arriving with tkia because she is seen on video walking, playing, and eating. Experts testisfied she wouldn't be able to do those things with the type of head injury she had. 4) tkia admits in her interrogation that when she picked up jurayah she was "fine" this also debunks the theory the child was hurt prior to going with tkia. Tkia is a registered nurse of curse she would know if the child was "slowly dying". But, this has been her defense that the child must of had these injuries prior 🙄 5) why did she stop her husband from giving his daughter a goodnight kiss, after SHE put her to sleep. Keep in mind his mom was in the hospital dying. So, what type of women would stop their husband from wanting to kiss their own daughter goodnight 🤔 ... The answer is simple, she knew what she had just done. She knew Jurayah was 💀 6) why wasn't she crying when the biological mother arrived on the scene. She didn't even try to comfort her! I understand being in shock. But, you stepdaughter is decease in your home and you shed not one tear.😳 Again, like a true narcissist. She lacks emotion. 7) why did she refer to Jurayah as "that baby" in her interrogation. I would never refer to deceased step child as that baby after they die. Just seems cold. Again, another narcissistic trait. 8) This is the same lady who did an interview after being found "not guilty" and said she was "shocked at the verdict" 😂 if I just got away with murder i would be too! 🤷🏽♀️
I would've loved for her to talk about the person who called child protective services on tkia months before the death because the child kept getting hurt in the stepmoms care. The sad part about it all is that the biological mother took up for the stepmom because she felt the incidents where just accidental and a coincidence. But, she was young and uneducated. She didn't know any better. Because there are only so many times your child can keep coming home with "head injuries" before you should start asking deeper questions. But, as y'all can see tkia is a good speaker and is very convincing!
Her story has blessed me so. Her strength and determination is awesome! I pray that everything she does multiplies 10 fold! That God continues to bless her! She is the epitome of the true meaning of "God's Love"!
I’m new to this story but I’m not getting good energy from her AT ALL. It’s hard to explain in words but for someone to claim they loved a child the way she did but is showing no emotions when speaking on her, not showing any concern for what might’ve happened or anything it really rubbed me the wrong way along with so many other reasons. Something is off. And I didn’t not like this interview was all over the place and boring and did not clarify anything about the situation. She completely lost me when at the end she asked her what would she tell the baby…instead of saying I’m sorry or we miss you…you would tell her thank you for putting you in this experience??? Something is not right. I would be so angry with my husband I would have blamed him for everything. Wether I was found guilty or not guilty i would have divorced him for ruining my life with his infidelity. So much is missing from this story

This is not true. I had a parent in prison from the age of 7 to 27. They detach to stay sane. You're missing milestones and can't get there. It's torture. So please understand she was trying to stay strong. The cards, letters and calls are hard but she still did it. You miss birthdays, holidays, huge milestones. Give her grace.
I am disappointed in this interview. I followed this story from the beginning. I saw the preview from TikTok. I didn’t learn anything. I think alot was left out. If she wasn’t ready to have a in depth conversation she should’ve never done the interview.
I have been through the system like this and they claimed we neglected our son of medical neglect. When I tell you the system is crazy I mean it. I had to relive it everytime I went to work somewhere where children were involved. Yese and my husband got off but the fact that the system is made to put innocent as well as guilty people in jail is ridiculous. It’s all about politics and money. And it’s against us not them. She was actually found guilty the 1st time. Those jurors got it right!

Give us more! The interviewer didn’t take advantage of this conversation.

The poor child had visible facial injuries more than once while in T'kia's care. I guess Jurayah stopped falling because cps got involved. Jurayah died under that woman's roof with injuries to her head n brain. Whatta tragic coincidence eh?

I have never heard of her story. This interview left me confused. What happened to the baby? How did she die? Why was the conviction overturned? Did they found the real killer? Was it an old wound? Was it S.I.D.?

I usually am not one to be on RUclips and watch videos like this but I stumbled across the clips on TikTok and my spirit urged me to watch it in full… I was completely in awe of how amazing and gracefully Mrs.Bevily endured her season and her story is no where close to mine but I related so heavily and spiritually with her. She has definitely made a huge impression on me and the ending message was very fulfilling and encouraging because being grateful in situations where you have so many open avenues to be in doubt and to be weary in faith and to solely focus on God and allowing God to take full control is a powerful gift and it’s definitely something I am learning as a young adult and as a person as a whole. I’m very grateful and blessed that God connected me to this video and I want to thank Trin and Mrs.Bevily for their words of wisdom and encouragement ❤

I still in my heart just do not believe that TKia is innocent. When I first heard of this story my initial thought was.. “This beautiful girl did not hurt her stepdaughter,she had so much going for herself and accepted Juriyah”. BUT then they released her interrogation clip and her whole demeanor gave guilty. She described Juriyah as “That baby” and only showed emotion when she realized she was gonna be charged. Did you watch the full video? Also, lack of showed emotions does not equal guilt. We don’t have her feelings. Everybody won’t react in a similar manner as you, and that’s okay. People rarely see me cry, but that doesn’t mean I lack empathy. You don’t know what she did behind closed doors or out of the public’s eye. She does not have to grieve out loud!! The way you feel now versus the way you felt when a person first passed away can be very different. Grief is not the same for everyone.

For me this interview was poorly executed, she explained nothing she just stated the timeline as if that was factual evidence that she didn’t abuse that poor baby! I think the premise of this interview was to literally share “Her Story” about being falsely accused and imprisoned. Essentially, this was an account about her experience. I’m sure she’s cried several tears about the baby, but the incident happened years ago, so she may be a bit numb to it by now. It may come off as being insensitive, but unless you go through something like this, it’s easy to play Monday morning quarterback.

The interviewer had way too much bias. I hate that T’Kia didn’t show any remorse or acknowledgement that a kid life was cut down. I hope that justice finds the person that committed such a heinous crime.
What makes no sense to me is why if you know they are more so looking to go after you why get the public defender who is known not to go to bat for clients when they feel like their clients are guilty and already don’t have the best reputations when it comes to their legal defense. Why not have the paid attorney and your husband the public defender!

Bc this happened in 2017 and she’s been through the fire discussing it and having 2 trials. The mind has a way to settle emotions once you’ve experienced the highest of the high of emotions and anxiety about a situation. I want to believe her, but it’s hard. The hard part for me was watching her struggle to answer the question of what she would say to Jurayah if she could. She centered herself and her children. Also, what kinda dummy would get a public defender?! They’re the worst. If you get pregnant by a married man don’t try to force that baby on him. It is not worth a situation like this happening. Some girl on Instagram pointed out alot of things they are conveniently leaving out.
1) child had previous head injuries while being alone with the stepmother. Even to a point where she had to seek medical attention. Alll of her previous injuries was when she was ALONE with the stepmother. Important detail to not overlook
2) There is a photo circulating of how the child looked at the stepmom said she "trippes when walking". I've seen that photo and it looks like a beating!
* for awhile she wasn't even allowed to be alone with Jurayah because of the mysterious injuries. She was only in the childs life for 6 months.
3) There is no way the child was injuried prior to arriving with tkia because she is seen on video walking, playing, and eating. Experts testisfied she wouldn't be able to do those things with the type of head injury she had.
4) tkia admits in her interrogation that when she picked up jurayah she was "fine" this also debunks the theory the child was hurt prior to going with tkia. Tkia is a registered nurse of curse she would know if the child was "slowly dying". But, this has been her defense that the child must of had these injuries prior 🙄
5) why did she stop her husband from giving his daughter a goodnight kiss, after SHE put her to sleep. Keep in mind his mom was in the hospital dying. So, what type of women would stop their husband from wanting to kiss their own daughter goodnight 🤔 ... The answer is simple, she knew what she had just done. She knew Jurayah was 💀
6) why wasn't she crying when the biological mother arrived on the scene. She didn't even try to comfort her! I understand being in shock. But, you stepdaughter is decease in your home and you shed not one tear.😳 Again, like a true narcissist. She lacks emotion.
7) why did she refer to Jurayah as "that baby" in her interrogation. I would never refer to deceased step child as that baby after they die. Just seems cold. Again, another narcissistic trait.
8) This is the same lady who did an interview after being found "not guilty" and said she was "shocked at the verdict" 😂 if I just got away with murder i would be too! 🤷🏽♀️
I would've loved for her to talk about the person who called child protective services on tkia months before the death because the child kept getting hurt in the stepmoms care. The sad part about it all is that the biological mother took up for the stepmom because she felt the incidents where just accidental and a coincidence. But, she was young and uneducated. She didn't know any better. Because there are only so many times your child can keep coming home with "head injuries" before you should start asking deeper questions. But, as y'all can see tkia is a good speaker and is very convincing!

I’m new to this story but I’m not getting good energy from her AT ALL. It’s hard to explain in words but for someone to claim they loved a child the way she did but is showing no emotions when speaking on her, not showing any concern for what might’ve happened or anything it really rubbed me the wrong way along with so many other reasons. Something is off. And I didn’t not like this interview was all over the place and boring and did not clarify anything about the situation. She completely lost me when at the end she asked her what would she tell the baby…instead of saying I’m sorry or we miss you…you would tell her thank you for putting you in this experience??? I’m sorry I think she did it. In my heart as a mother and stepmother this made me sick.

Something is not right. I would be so angry with my husband I would have blamed him for everything. Wether I was found guilty or not guilty i would have divorced him for ruining my life with his infidelity. So much is missing from this story
I don’t care how much time I get or whatever going on I’ll NEVER detach myself from my babies; because when you LOVE someone or something you BIRTH you don’t just detach from them.
This is not true. I had a parent in prison from the age of 7 to 27. They detach to stay sane. You're missing milestones and can't get there. It's torture. So please understand she was trying to stay strong. The cards, letters and calls are hard but she still did it. You miss birthdays, holidays, huge milestones. Give her grace.
I am disappointed in this interview. I followed this story from the beginning. I saw the preview from TikTok. I didn’t learn anything. I think alot was left out. If she wasn’t ready to have a in depth conversation she should’ve never done the interview.

I have been through the system like this and they claimed we neglected our son of medical neglect. When I tell you the system is crazy I mean it. I had to relive it everytime I went to work somewhere where children were involved. Yese and my husband got off but the fact that the system is made to put innocent as well as guilty people in jail is ridiculous. It’s all about politics and money. And it’s against us not them. Well, the people who has followed the story. No details. I usually am not one to be on RUclips and watch videos like this but I stumbled across the clips on TikTok and my spirit urged me to watch it in full… I was completely in awe of how amazing and gracefully Mrs.Bevily endured her season and her story is no where close to mine but I related so heavily and spiritually with her. She has definitely made a huge impression on me and the ending message was very fulfilling and encouraging because being grateful in situations where you have so many open avenues to be in doubt and to be weary in faith and to solely focus on God and allowing God to take full control is a powerful gift and it’s definitely something I am learning as a young adult and as a person as a whole. I’m very grateful and blessed that God connected me to this video and I want to thank Trin and Mrs.Bevily for their words of wisdom and encouragement ❤

BUT then they released her interrogation clip and her whole demeanor gave guilty. She described Juriyah as “That baby” and only showed emotion when she realized she was gonna be charged. God is not done, her arrogance is disgusting as well. RIP Juriyah 😢

Did you watch the full video? Also, lack of showed emotions does not equal guilt. We don’t have her feelings. Everybody won’t react in a similar manner as you, and that’s okay. People rarely see me cry, but that doesn’t mean I lack empathy. You don’t know what she did behind closed doors or out of the public’s eye. She does not have to grieve out loud!! The way you feel now versus the way you felt when a person first passed away can be very different. Grief is not the same for everyone.
What do you want her to do, flip out? Watching her videos with Jurayah tells me how much she cared for her.

I have never seen an innocent person say that prison was a’ight… interesting! For me this interview was poorly executed, she explained nothing she just stated the timeline as if that was factual evidence that she didn’t abuse that poor baby! She said her biological kids names multiple times, she said her stepdaughter’s name once; when the whole reason you are here is because of what happened to the baby!
This interview did not portray her as innocent - all she did was talk about herself! She had to be prompted to say that finding a deceased baby was traumatic! She showed no type of remorse for the death of a child under her watch! Nor was she asked about what that supposed “lucid interval” was supposed to clarify for the jury!
She was sad for being away from her biological kids - that’s pretty much all I heard from this interview.
This was probably one of the more country bumpkiness, purposeless and uneducated conversations I have ever witnessed. All they did was giggle and laugh when there was a child that lost her life. This was an insensitive and improperly executed interview!

I think the premise of this interview was to literally share “Her Story” about being falsely accused and imprisoned. Essentially, this was an account about her experience. I’m sure she’s cried several tears about the baby, but the incident happened years ago, so she may be a bit numb to it by now. It may come off as being insensitive, but unless you go through something like this, it’s easy to play Monday morning quarterback.

What makes no sense to me is why if you know they are more so looking to go after you why get the public defender who is known not to go to bat for clients when they feel like their clients are guilty and already don’t have the best reputations when it comes to their legal defense. Why not have the paid attorney and your husband the public defender!

I hated this for her. She been through so much. & that’s why anytime your child has an injury you take them to the doctor. People will literally know something is wrong with their child & will take the child to someone else and blame them for things

I almost stopped watching the interview, because every two seconds the interviewer said " mm huh"", Like Lady are you serious??? So annoying and distracting! Literally EVERY TWO SECONDS 😡😡😡

I want to believe her, but it’s hard. The hard part for me was watching her struggle to answer the question of what she would say to Jurayah if she could. She centered herself and her children.

If you get pregnant by a married man don’t try to force that baby on him. It is not worth a situation like this happening. Just find your peace and raise the baby on your own. I promise no man is gonna be out there looking for that baby unless you let him know the baby is out there.

I have always known she did not do this that baby changed through too many hands the medical examiner all of sudden no longer the medical examiner and how just how did the baby mom family become apart of her trial they should have been vetted out! I watched the videos of her Jurayah and seen love. If you love a man you give him a chance again A REAL woman would except and love the childthis is what she did.
