Dr Berg you are ahead of your time. In some research, Zinc has been mentioned for getting on top of this covid pandemic. But that time I didn't take anything. Fast forward to 2018, I reacted to more foods. I went to a GP and she tested me for Hashimoto. It was negative, but my Zinc level was really low. I got Zinc supplement and I took it for 2 months. I stopped because I thought my Zinc level is good. I didn't notice that the reaction to some foods was not so bad since I took Zinc supplement. I'm histamine intolerant and my Zinc level is still low (re-tested by another GP last week), so I need to take the supplement again. I hope Zinc can resolve my HIT and food allergies.
