Hey everybody welcome to another video on the channel. If you're new here my name is Tim and I started the channel to document my journey to a sub 3 hour marathon, with the hope that I can inspire some people to start running themselves or even start up their own RUclips channel.
In todays video Jen and I go on a trail run with some beautiful views and I talk about the race I have entered and what kind of time I'm planning to go for.
