Great review, Timothy! The increased stability certainly pricks my ears, as I do need a bit. I forget, have you run in the Nike AlphaFly 1 or 3? Obviously more of a racer, but just wondered how they compare with that for pop/cushion/stability? Looking forward to seeing how you get on the with the half training - definite PB potential 😊

@@nrg_runs thanks man, appreciate you checking out the video 🙏 this prime x 2 is similar in re to stability to the Alphafly 3 but much higher off the ground. I feel like these match the bounce of the Alphafly 3 but my memory of the Alphafly 1 it felt a touch more bouncy. But I feel like these protect my legs more than the Alphafly 3 did. A bit of a confusing answer 😆 but I personally feel way more efficient in the prime x original than I ever did in the alpha1 and 3. I'm hoping this version of the prime x breaks in to feel that way too 🤞
Thanks man looking forward to giving a half a good go again💪

@ Ha, definitely helpful - cheers for the explanation. They could be a consideration as I get on well with my AlphaFly 1s. But, truth is, apart from getting some New Balance 860 v14s when they’re discounted as my daily trainer (stability shoe I’ve had for years, but the v14 is meant to actually be fun as well as stable 😅), I probably don’t need anything else right now as have Saucony Speed for faster runs and Nike AlphaFly/VaporFly for races. Doesn’t stop me watching shoe reviews, though 😉
