I am really enjoy my Victorinox Inox watches. From paracord to titanium to diver to field , I have most of them and I have not been disappointed thus far. I don’t have this one but I am pretty sure it will live up to the expectations of those whose seek to purchase
Great watch! Just purchased and can’t get enough of it. Prefer the mechanical - it ‘s more of a work of exquisite artisanship than the electronic version. Thanks for your review.
Not sure why people claim this is so giganormous ..42-44mm are perfect if you have a slightly larger wrist. Are we men or mice? I don't want a dainty timepiece. I require a solid , well built machined timepiece that says "Here I am!". 😁👍
You know, not every man has a 20 cm wrist and 190 cm height. And smaller guys just funny af wearing big watches, especially those with thinner wrists. Nothing wrong with watches over 40 mm, I wear some of those myself, but it would be just nice if they made sub 40 versions of watches for men. There for sure should be let’s say 38 mm version of this Victorinox. Look, higher end brands understand that and for example rolex makes several sizes of datejust. Is it that big of a problem to make just two sizes of a simple steel watch?
Absolutely! If they made a 40mm version, I'd buy it. I want a robust rugged watch that won't break ever: the Inox range would be great if they included something to fit medium sized people, but there's nothing between the 37mm little women's versions and the 45mm supersize men's versions :-(
The quartz version is only 156-240 on amazon right now.... gonna buy one. Wish I could get the ladies version just because the size of this is a little much.
It’s a fair review. One of the very distracting things for me was the hunk of plastic packaging or cord wedged between the top end link and the top lug. It “appears” that not much time was spent trying out the watch if that packaging was overlooked.
This is a fair assessment of a very oversized watch. IMHO, this automatic INOX should probably have a different name since it is not as robust as the quartz INOXs. Though not stated, sharing the INOX name implies "passing the same torture tests", which simply does hold up. One quirk of the quartz INOXs is the that the rehaute was segmented into fractions-of-a-second... something that made no sense for a watch that ticked in "whole seconds". Now, this segmented rehaute can be used with the mechanical sweeping second's hand... so that is logical at least. If you want something slimmer and arguably prettier... look for an older Dive Master 500. That was a high mark for VSA. They need to bring back that beloved model and give it the advanced material treatment. VSA are you listening?
Lug to lug of 52mm of this watch, what makes it a little bit Weird. It could be shorter by 3 or 4mms. The bracelet could be a little bit thinner and if the dial was smooth glossy black and the texture was on the clasp and the movement was adjusted, it would be the perfect everyday anywhere watch and I would pay at least $3000 for it over Omega Aqua Terra and Rolex Explorer. Even though I am enjoying it at the moment. Thanks.
Dude I love your review but you could pronounce the name better,Especially since this is such an easy one to get right victorINox like victor- in- nox not VICTORY-nox
That drove me mental. Reviewers should be more aware of the companies involved. This company has been around a very long time and deserved more considerate regard.

How do you like it? I am seriously considering this watch.

My wrists are string beans and this looks great on me, out of all the watches I own this one is my favorite.
@@augustb7535agreed! I have a large wrist and I couldn't imagine how feminine a small weak face would look
I think the full steel quartz was the best iteration of this watch
Yeah exactly what i needed. Simple and sober
If they had this in a smaller size, I think it would be a killer in sales.

ive got the quartz version, black dial with bracelet. cheaper and as a beater i would prefer quartz to mech
This in 38mm would be awesome
Check out the I.N.O.X. ladies, it's 37mm and comes in colors that are unisex.

Wow, really put a lot of oomph in that narrative

Who says you need to spend £5k to enjoy Swiss craftmanship.

👍🙂🇨🇿
Not for me, but I always felt the INOX was a worthy everyman's Royal Oak. Has may of the same characteristics without feeling derivative.
Might be, but too thick.

Nice review, not sure about the watch though
Why cant I stand a date at 4...
Please, please learn how to pronounce Victorinox. Hint: it sounds nothing like victory.
TheUrbanEpicure the victory-nox Swiss Army knife 😂
TheUrbanEpicure how do you pronounce it?
Okay specialist, how is it pronounced? For what I know it’s just simply victor-inox.
Big mistake to make a supposedly tough watch mechanical
Yeah, it's a style piece. Any mechanical watch is inherently playing at resilience instead of committing to it.
They already released quartz, people kept asking for automatic 🤷♂️
