Do the Tape strips on the windshield help with judging the landings?

Not for me. Each pilot is a different height in the seat. Never paid attention to those strips

How does a sport license exam difference from a private pilot? Are you still required to do ground school and a check ride?

Everything’s the same with the exam, less any questions about night flying. The check ride is basically the same
