Thanks for posting, good information. Currently playing with 10 Lifepo4 100 amp hr battery's on an off grid basement project. I am amazed how cheap they have become.

Just the video i was looking all over RUclips for.
I built a 7s 29.4v battery pack last year November after reading through so many do's & don'ts on lipo chemistry.
So far it's been working perfectly & i have been left wondering how long those were going to last in terms of life cycle, now i am somewhat satisfied that the 5 years estimation i expect is possible.
    Thank you so much.

Did you build it or is it a manufactured battery? What type of cells are used?

@RolandW_DIYEnergyandMore They are 9373129 3.7v cells that i harvested from some powerbanks, each cell is 10,000mah and i got about 84 of them connected in 7s/12p configuration for a total 3.1kwh, quite small but sufficient for my 250w load for 6hours.

@RolandW_DIYEnergyandMore I used 9373126 pouch cells got about 84 of them i harvested from some portable powerbanks.
Each pack is 20,000mah (two 10,000mah in parallel) giving me about 6kwh, quite enough for my energy needs at the moment as i run less than 400w load for 14hrs.

Using lead acid for small systems. Ofcourse cannot compete with lithium chemistry, but they are fine with freezing temps, and i get them second hand, and then can sell them in recycle centre, so i have them for free or for very little money.
