just to put it out there so people know. run speed is not actually run speed, i still have to find that. also boneless speed is called boneless speed because the value that you get from landing boneless helped a modder find that speed mod. if you do a boneless and land, your acceleration will be 1.9. if you do the other footplants and land the value you see will be 1.86 or 1.87. some people like to search for non rounded values when testing for mods to make it quicker. although if you keep rounding on in cheat engine, it's possible that you might find the speed mod still.

But this only happens between each restart so if running speed isn't in the correct region, 1 restart of the game fixes it.
This is on pc, and ye if you can get a mod menu on ps3 you need a jailbroken ps3 or have hen installed, there’s also modded game saves that’s easy to install on non modded consoles
