me watching this vid with 20 Dollars to my name.
I just purchased a 2022 mcclaren 720s red and sometimes I wish I would’ve went with a older/black one but I’m still grateful.😅
Congrats, it's one of the best cars on the road right now! Enjoy it!
I wish some were that low-priced in the US. Those that are, have salvage titles which may not be a bad thing if the body work were done correctly.
Yeah, we have it good over here, but then you should see how much a RHD Mustang is 😂
@@TABonTV I believe it!
I saw an Artura on the road, suprisingly loud exhaust, lovely tone sounds incredibly powerful.
Yeah - they've done a great job considering they lost 2 cylinders!
650s from me
Hi - thanks for the upload, I wanted to ask if 600LT coupe or spider version is a good buy right now?
Welcome! 600LT is great value at the moment. Spider is the best option with the exhaust right behind your head...
Can do yo a updated video with the 600lt at 2024 prices ;)
Probably a good shout! Lots more to talk about since then!
Hi, I'm based in Dubai and looking at the 570s. However, I am worried if McLarens will continue to slip in price during my ownership period. I'm not looking to turn a profit but certainly not wanting to take a great big hit when I decide to sell. What do you think is the future for a car that has depreciated so rapidly.
I had a quick look at current UAE prices - they follow a similar pattern to the UK and are roughly 10-20% higher. I think if you're buying an older car, depreciation should be minimal, but a newer, low mileage higher spec car may well still have a bit to go. Either way, you'll love the car! Feel free to sub if this helped 👍🏻
I am in the market for a Mclaren and would consider a 570S at around the £80/85k mark but would want the MSO spoiler on it. I personally do not like the look of the 570S without the spoiler. All MSO spoiler 570's seem to start around £105k. £105k is too close to the £110k/£115k level where I would pay for a 600LT. However, 600LT's are currently £135k+ Thus, there is no Mclaren out there for me just yet.
would you consider a 650s ?
If you're after a 570s with the MSO high downforce kit this will really limit your choices. You could get one without and maybe source a used one for retrofit, or even a 3rd party offering like Novitec.
Same here been looking for years at the 570s spider but wanted the high downforce kit .McLaren dealers dit them for £8995 this was £6995 12 months ago rare you see them for sale with the kit on and the price is always higher £130k in my case for a 570s spider 2020 so I decided for only £25k more I can get a 600 LT spider same year low mileage and takes the 570 to a whole new level so I got myself one for the £25k more in the right spec senna seats carbon packs 1 and 2 and I love it
@@itc9251 + you can now spit flames into the air!
However, 720s are more complicated - potentially more expensive to retain over time.
Yep, a higher tier of car...
Thanks for the video, I have a 991.2 gt3 and keep flirting with a 600 lt spider or even a 675lt coupe.
I think you'd be blown away with either of those - particularly the 675LT!
Congratulations- Aesthetically the 991.2 GT3 is THE best looking car Porsche ever made. The 992 has more tech and aero magic but it is not as good looking. I share your admiration for McLaren, because of their design language; they just look gorgeous from every angle, inside and out. But when I was in the market in 2017, I chose the 991.2 Carrera, largely for its long term reliability and reasonable maintenance/repair costs. I keep watching Mac, hoping to hear reports of greatly improved reliability but everyone I spoke with who has owned any Mac model has said to make sure it comes with a maintenance and repair warranty. Rock On Brother.
You missed something with dismissing the 540c. The C stands for comfort and comes with a lot more than the S. the only reason they reduced the hp was to conform with the Singapore market.
Would you notice a difference in speed? I don’t think so.
Yeah, it was exactly for the Asian market. Also had steels v CCB. Reality is v low demand in UK, it's always the 570s. When you have that kind of money for a COE in Singapore, you buy a lambo anyway.
@@TABonTV For someone like me that just wants to own a McLaren of any kind, A 12C or 540C would be lovely ahaha :)
What about the 600LT? I like that exhaust up on the rear trunk area or I guess it would be the engine area lol.
Yeah, since doing this video the 600LT is a pretty good value 2nd hand buy!
Would like to see you back in a Mc one day Tab! 🤞🏼
Still time dude!
What about the 600LT? Are those comparable to the 675LT in terms of value?
Not much comparison between those. The 675 is much more sought after and rarer. Also about £100k more atm
I will have one for my 3rd car
How have you totally left the 650s off this is beyond me!
Technically the F1 is the one to buy. Always. Affording it is another story 😆
765lt
🔥
No mention of gt?
It's certainly a niche McLaren...
