Holla's Maruti Tiffin Centre is more of home than a hotel. They serve food in banana leaf and the customer being asked to sit on floor. The only available items are Idly, Vada, Puri, Tea and Coffee, each being priced at ₹10. People visiting the Sringeri Temple always make sure they have their breakfast at this place.

Such a homely place. I remember going about 15yrs ago. First thing I remember when someone says Shringeri is this place.
Feel like visiting Sringeri just to have breakfast in this tiffin centre
I recently visited this place on 5th sep 23, prices are same 10/- each piece and quality of food is too good.
traditional Indian lifestyle is so sustainable, no plastic no nothing, sitting on floor good for knees and good for digestive process, no meat, too good❤❤
who said traditional indian food doesn't have meat. all indians aren't vegetarians.
@@yashashegde7696 Please read the Bhagavad-gita 9.26. Meat is not encouraged, but if one is attached to it for various reasons, then ideally, one should become aware of how cruel it is and its negative impacts on oneself and gradually get out of the habit.

This place is changed I'm seeing this after 6 years , there was a old uncle and aunty first they served delicious buns and dosai I was the regular coustomer of them when I was doing college, my rental room was just behind that building ❤ love from uttrakhand ❤

wow they are great so humble they should raise theer price people are taking their advantage , for poor its good price , rich should pay with their own willing xtra in such authentic place , Please tell them not to use plastic tea seive but use steel , you can get big steel sieve , not to use plastic especiall with hot food items

Without hurting anyone, having visited and stayed at Sringeri on many occasions, most of the eateries are very expensive and quality sub standard. Holidays and weekends, pilgrims are taken for granted, by one and all.
Getting accommodation is a fortune. Temple accommodation is ever full.
Flowers are sold not less than Rs.50 a length.
Regarding the temple, a lot of favouritism, based on money power.
Annadaanam is too good to cherish.
Don't go with high expectations. Visit the place with pure devotion. Have the darshan of Sharadha Devi and other deities.
Don't have any Pooja commitment. You will be disappointed.😊😊
@balanr1729 we are okay to spend a couple of more rupees in tier 1 cities to avail facilities but feel the pinch if we visit shrines nestled in villages or hillock. The temple runs on donation, while we may not be in a position to donate 50 grand or more, spending a few hundreds on mozham poo shouldn't be an issue. Also, the prices are the same in the cities too. Can't speak on favoritism as I haven't been there to see that. The puja commitment has met the expectations of my parents, sorry that you couldn't experience the same. But again we need the temple and the goddess for us and our well being. 😊

Over hyped hotel. Bloody fellow gives 2 spoon sambar for 2 idli. Sagoo provided for poori was disgusting as hell. Idli was pitha pitha and yucky. Useless ppl praise it for no reason.
