I'm concerned that she said she's bleaching everything. You can't eat bleach that's not good and if she's just using disinfectant there is the problem of people that have allergies to disinfectant. That's a little concerning. Cleaning and being cleanly is awesome. But you got to make sure you're doing it in a food safe manner.

His "gifts" if you will, were very well thought out and personalized.
He didnt just cut a check and pat them on the back, he sat down and thought about his conversations with them and came up with a specific idea for each person. Each one aimed at helping the person do something in life to better themselves of someone else. Being a good mentor has no price tag, he offered his time, resources and support and my very well end up changing that kids life forever.
I would work for this guy.

This episode was absolutely amazing. This boss really went out of his way and got knee-deep in it to be a part of what makes a business a total success or a total failure! I couldn't help but cry, immediately I listen to all their stories and thought all of these people are down-to-earth good people and really work hard to make a difference! Really, when it comes down to it, when the boss cares, his employees care as well. I have to say, great job to all of the employees and an even greater job to Blair the code finder of the company!
    Bravooooooo!!
    😢 So touching beyond words.
The only thing missing, is the follow-up stories and the journey of each and every person to see what happens on their trips or in their lives. For example, the mother and Son day, the trip to shrylanka, the trip to new york. To see how the Phillipino meal turned out!!!!😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It really shows you just how disconnected corporate is from the reality of what its like to work as one of their own "little people."
What really got me was the ridiculous 7 minute or $7 back. I worked at a place with stupid time frame goals, and even stupider restrictions on ingredients.

This Boss has the most wonderful workers . The Philippine guys, the 2 ladies and the manager are the greatest !!!!! So the first 5 workers all deserve raises and bonuses!!! I mean your so lucky because I haven't seen that kind of pride and great work ethic since the 80s . I had 3 businesses and the only hard worker was me and my mom worked 2 days 😂🤣😂. You must give them raises or maybe Canada is way better than the US 🇺🇸 😉

Blair gives away less than all of the undercover bosses but he means every little piece of it and that makes all the difference in the world. Good on you dude. Do it again sometime - as yourself - I think your staff respect you more than any other boss on this show. Well bloody done!
