Andy’s humanity towards his employees is amazing. People like that are few and far between. Most just push and want more from you. There needs to be more people like him in the world and especially in the U.S.A

There are more around than you think
      Many started at the bottom
And stayed at the bottom a long time until someone new comes in and notices
Then the ladder 🪜 is put in place for the climb to the top to begin
Some don't see it or pass it by but the odd one takes the step and climbs up
Often those who never start at the bottom never appreciate the effort put in
They never connect with the staff ....

I watch these Undercover Boss videos, this one hit me like a brick making it very difficult to keep it together. As a Retired USMC GySgt I would have to be honest that this one brought a tear to me, the owner went above and beyond the call of what we call duty. I wished others would take a more positive role in their employees life, OUTSTANDING job Mr. Clark.

Wow. Just wow. You forget, because of the media attention given to the negative stories, that these men and women who sit at the top in the highest positions, heading companies that are so huge it seems like folks get lost in the day-to-day operations, are just family men and women, too. Andy Clark seems like a good man who not only wants to do what's good for his company, but also what is best for his employees. Great episode.

Boy, this was a tear jerker. Hard to hold back tears. Also, so good to see a female on the site. My hubby and I built our own house from the
ground up (we did hire a great concrete guy for the foundation), we did it all including framing, drywall, roofing, all of it. Took us two years.
Funny, people would drive by and see a girl up on the roof wearing a tool belt and they would compliment me, but I enjoyed the attention..
It's really tedious doing roofing especially in 108 desert heat, I would spray myself down to soaking with the garden hose to keep cool.

How often do you watch these Undercover Boss videos and see that paying it forward works? The bosses who listen to their teams, the bosses who share their knowledge or wealth and the bosses who actually care about their employees are all the ones who will get the most out of their company. Their staff will move heaven and earth for their company and any investment in them will be more than repaid. It’s not hard is it?

And the moral of this story is we all ride the big boat together and in this particular case Andy is serving as the Captain and what a Captain he is. Heartfelt, considerate, compassionate, steadfast and strong. His dedication to his crew and their families shines like a beacon we are all in this together!
Andy is a real flesh and blood man, he runs his business and you know who he is. He's not like the mega Corporations where the real owners keep their faces hidden. They are cold and empty of human feelings and emotions everything comes down to the bottom line, it's all about profits not people.
Here in 2021 we have no choice but to choose the real over the fraud. Open your eyes and your heart and look at just what is really going on. It doesn't have to be this way we do have the right to choose how we live our own lives. The choice is your's alone to make

The people who are willing to come onto the show all seem to have a special heart for their people. It is good for people to be at the coalface to see what workers do and difficulties experienced as well as to receive feedback from staff as they are the ones making things work. Mr Clark, i love your heart! Please keep setting the example and God bless.

As a child, I spent all my time in Dads workshop, and can still make kick ass rolls, cornbread, anything you'd want to eat.
