I grew up there. I danced at the folkdance nights on library mall. I marched peacefully against the Vietnam War in 1970. This is shameful and despicable on the part of those students. The Madison police have developed methods used all over the country in law enforcement. These kids need to have actual parents, who will cut off their cell phones and be the adults.
