I am glad you are back here. You have really inspired me with everything you‘ve done that i could and can see. I hope i‘ll see more of your works and learn much more. thank you
So happy to see you back!! I love watching you paint and have learned so much from your art. I’ve taken a bit of a break and you’ve inspired me to get back into it! Happy painting and Merry Christmas to you!
Thanks Pamela! The trick, and magic of it, is to make it look easy. I’ve been doing it 32 years so I have lots of practice. You also don’t see how many failed paintings I have done!
Love this!! Love the color combinations! Thanks for showing us the process and all the details! At 4.26; is that more of the maribu crayon, or a different kind of crayon? Did you add it, when the paint is all dried up?
I’ve discovered those Marabu crayons - they seem to help that daunting all-white canvas, giving something to respond to. Love your color combos here…the minty g and the burnt sienna really sing!
Great work…you definitely need music when painting, or do you prefer not to? Also, is that a light beige or unbleached white you are using? Like the softness of that colour! From Canada here❤love the freeness you have when you paint….I have a real problem with just letting go, but I’ll keep trying!
@@dianehansma1725 thanks Diane. I always paint to music - it helps me loosen up. Yes, I am using I bleached titanium as one of the colors. Thanks for watching.
Thank you David! Did you add any mediums to the paints you used here? Absolutely beautiful work 💙 It’d been a while since I had seen your videos so today while searching up Marabu crayons vs oil sticks on RUclips (as I am considering either crayons or oil sticks over my acrylics for some body & added texture) your video on the Marabu crayons popped up & I ended up watching a few other of your videos 😅. Thank you 🙏🏼 Trudie from Sydney🦘Australia
Thank you so much Trudie. I don’t use any mediums. I do love my Marabu crayons. I’ve used oil sticks before but I much prefer the Marabu water soluble crayons.

Thank you. What you see is lines from a Marabu Crayon- the paint was still a bit wet when I added it. Thanks for watching.
