  • Dark rides and Haunted Houses are our favorite attractions to enjoy when ever we go to a new Amusement Park. There truly is nothing like getting startled by a fun silly jump scare. But sometimes a theme park's operations are the truthfully scary thing. Step right up as we land in Monticello, Indiana to bring you all along as we check out Indiana Beach Boardwalk Resort. This place has such a timeless nostalgic feel which we absolutely love. Plus let us tell you about, or better, show you how amazing their walk through haunted attraction Dr. Frankenstein's Castle is. During our time at the ark Joy rode a bunch of the rollercoaster, especially the newest, All American Triple Loop, so she can tell you how it was...so you do not need to. At least the positives out weighted the negatives and we did love this place and will be back again some day, Hopefully you enjoy coming along for the ride with us and this video helps you for when you make it to Indiana Beach.

      @@carloscortes7266 thank you. It is amazing how long it actually is. It really is worth paying an extra $3 to experience it.

    Went last year in a Tuesday in August and loved it. Lines were mostly 10-20 minutes for us for the busy rides and walk on for the rest of wait 1-2 trains. Deb of lost Theievws was my favorite ride and superstition mountain was closed because maintenance was waiting on a part for the elevator lift

    I think Frankenstein's Castle might be my favorite "haunted maze walkthrough" attraction I've been through. Granted there's not a ton of them but it's my favorite so far. Not everyone can make it all the way to the end without getting lost or chickening out!

      @@ThousanWhite we agree. It was definitely one of our favorites we have ever done.

    IB is very old. At one time it did have a beach. But over time it was built over, an worn away

    At the shooting gallery under Frankenstein's Castle. I remember when you would shoot the werewolf, it would lunge straight up really fast.

    Also if you ever want to give AATL another shot, you should watch the video from Canobie Coaster where he goes into detail on how you should ride it to make it more comfortable. I took his advice and it 100% worked. If you follow his advice, I'd say it can be a smoother ride than Cornball Express and Hoosier Hurricane to be honest.

    the gondola wheel has to be perfectly balanced by weight which is why they only load 4 tubs usually

    • @JoeJoyHaveLanded
      @JoeJoyHaveLanded  3 месяца назад

      @JohnDoe-wb7fc they were only using three gondolas for the whole first half of the day. We just never seen a park running so few vehicles in almost all their rides. We loved the park but operations left room for improvement.

      @@JoeJoyHaveLanded yah they only do 1 train on the coasters to make them safer. on holiday weekends they will load 2 trains if it's busy enough they think they need them. most of the time 1 train is all they need and still no lines.
