This park looks like it was built in a Roller Coaster Tycoon scenario where you have limited space and don't care about the theming. All the rides are intertwining and very close to each other. Those woodies looked pretty fun to ride too! It's a shame the park has closed.

Reminds me a little bit of Gröna Lund. Only a little run down... I heard Apex really turned it around in the last couple years, but I think the beginning of the end for Indiana Beach was already underway. With Holiday World, Kings Island, and Cedar Point nearby, it didn’t enough to offer to make the drive up there worthwhile. Sad to see it go! I’m sure the surrounding community will hurt in its absence. :(

Reports have shown that there are 2 potential buyers, 1 who has been trying to reach out to Apex about making the purchase, and the 2nd potential buyer is Fun Spot America. The president of Fun Spot flew in to Indianapolis making the trip to Indiana Beach for a meeting to potentially purchase it! We still have hope!!!
