I love things like this! I took a canoe to get better angles of Lech Coaster at Legendia in Poland. Sad that we had bad weather last year on our visit in Indiana Beach. I have to get back, love the vibe with people swimming around. :)

It should bother anyone. The mask is to protect the people around you. This you can stay home crap isn't an issue if everyone just gave a damn about the people around them. Anyway. On a kayak not wearing a mask is very obviously fine.
The Yo-Yo is known for the seats going in and out, caused by the tilting of the center. However, not all operators tilt the center for various reasons, including the risk of the seats colliding if you tilt it too far with heavier riders and because some lazier operators didn’t want to balance the ride, which put extra stress on the welds for the ears on the tower that hold both ends of the tilt cylinder. When it was first introduced in the early 70s, they offered double seats, and up to eight could be put on the ride. One Yo-Yo that I’m aware of still has double seats, but it was almost a guarantee that if you tilted the ride with those seats filled, they would collide with the single seat in front of them. I’m not sure if the double seat was officially discontinued, but the parts catalog in the Service manual I have (ordered from Chance in fall of 2013) still lists them as an option, and there are setup instructions specifically for the double seats on portable models.

Wearing a mask on a kayak is not only unecessary (due to me being far away from other people), but also unsafe. If the boat had flipped, I would’ve been at serious risk of drowning due to the cloth fabric absorbing water and essentially waterboarding me.
Taylor, I hope that you’re gonna wear a mask this time. Just because they aren’t enforcing social distancing or mask wearing, that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t wear one either. Be a good influence! I’m done here. I’m unsubscribing.

I was there on the 3rd for the first time. I had a great time and there weren't any lines. Hoosier Hurricane was a blast.

Usually I tell people to wear a mask, but if you are out kayaking, social distancing I suggest you don’t wear one for obvious reasons.
