Slowly I am getting stabilized in pure awareness, it is happening on own by regular meditation practice. I still get distracting thoughts, but i know it's not real and it's trick of monkey mind😇☺
I think I was saying something like this last year too.. how's it going.. monkeys alive and well over here sister.. but.. hey.. I am making progress.. a day at a time.. it's enough...no worries mate
Hello, new sub here. I find your topics very interesting. You describe each very easy to comprehend. I just love this stuff. I am spiritually awakening and I felt very drawn to your Teachings, much appreciated. Love and Light.
You see this is where I always depart from spiritual teachings because I cannot reconcile abuse or serious or poverty or serious illness with the concept of ‘self made’ or an illusion!!
the phenomena of suffering is internal , this doesn’t mean external can’t trigger that internal suffering he is simply pointing out that the actual sensation of suffering is within, he also said 90% of suffering is self created there’s still room for the 10% to be external suffering only
🕉️... Thank you sir ... Last things you said that you don't get sick , don't die and don't get the rebirth was awesome ... Thank you resonates with me ... 🕉️✝️... Shree ram krishana paramhansa...
I find this teaching useful to meditate upon. How should we deal with suffering brought about by others? For example, being attacked or wrongly accused of something, or grievous conflict. What is the best practice to deal with such difficulties?
once more.. right to the heart of the issues... it's said that >> ya gotta suffer to sing the blues... but knowing what you are looking at or experiencing really really helps.. thank you Master Rinpoche 🙏 Namaste señor 😊
We r not asking what our soul need ....we r only fulfilling our senses need....which is unlimited....no body need salvation...peoples only wants to move with cycle again and again
I do enjoy these videos, but I find that a lot of buddhist teaching trivialises suffering, as rinpoche does here. What about having a child that is suffering? To have a loved one die? to see someone assaulted or bullied at work, or to be bullied yourself? To struggle for something your whole life only to see it collapse? That's okay, it's just a 'concept' is not adequate in my view
I suggest learning about the 4 Noble Truths and the 8 Fold Path, that is primary for buddhist teaching.Dalai Lama is a good author of these teachings, and goes into more depth.
All that things are just basic earth concepts. You suffer because you are so attached to those concepts of love, family and so on. In the video he is talking about going beyond all those things that you just mentioned. Suffering is just an illusion, if you go beyond your human earth form then you can see in a bigger picture, where is no place of suffering since you have no belonging.
It is hard to recognize the problems only caused by the human imagination. And to distinguish them from "natural" sufferings. It took centuries for even the study of mathematics to finally include the "imaginary" and "non-existent" as necessary functions in certain calculations. "Emptiness" to me does not imply the absence of suffering, but the proper handling of it.
the solution is the same, getting more conscious. The source has many names, but it's just the same illusion. Sin, karma, fate, laws of nature, whatever.
@@VittamarFasuthAkbin every problem should have a solution. Every equation should have an answer. Every ends should have a beginning. Theres no illusion to these truth.
disorders are caused usually from outside sources (assuming you're talking about depression, PTSD, etc) and that's different. You can go beyond it, believe me you can. But it's like having an organ not working, like a kidney or a liver in your head. so of course if you had a disorder you would get help, you can't do surgery on yourself and make it better. that's the best analogy i can think of XD
The concepts of guilt, fault and blame are completely irrelevant here, there's only cause and effect. Was it you who created your problems and the mindset that causes suffering? No, it just is there. Children learn it from other people who had also learnt such ways of thinking and behaviours as children from other people and it goes on and on, so no one really can be blamed. In the result we are victims of society, other people and our own minds, but it's no one's fault that one cannot handle his problems efficiently, just like when someone is mentally ill and affects others negatively, but there is no fault in it. For example, my mother is paranoid and I "learnt" the paranoia from her. I was her victim and after some time, as my mind became affected by her points of view, I became my own victim, but there was no fault, I was not to be blamed and she was not to be blamed. Just that there is a really long chain of causes and effects. If I didn't learn how to handle my mind, i could also "infect" others or hurt them in some other way, but again, there would be no fault on my side. It would be just the way things are. These teachings can help to end the vicious cycle so that you will not be hurt by yourself and others anymore and will not hurt anyone. So, you didn't create your suffering as I didn't create mine, but you can perpetuate it and it's really not your fault and you're not to be blamed. It's just is as it is, just that the teachings can show you how to change it.
@@kvannestorbjorn1316 - No, someone can be blamed. Someone can be responsible, and maybe not in all cases, but in many more than you are willing to admit. It's a great downfall of religion that Moses didn’t teach responsibility to the Jews, that Jesus didn’t teach responsibility to the Christians, that Mohammad didn’t teach responsibility to the Muslims, that Buddha didn’t teach responsibility to the Buddhists, and that Lao Tzu didn’t teach responsibility to the Taoists. Blame can be assigned. Responsibility can be assigned. Don't just shrug your shoulders and say that no one can be blamed and that no one is really responsible for his or her words and actions. They, we, all of us can be blamed and be responsible. Again, I'm not talking about perfection, but I'm talking about a huge leap forward in personal responsibility.
@@stefannikola yes, we can be responsible and we are, but that's it. You can do something that brings suffering upon you and others so it's best to fix it and remember that it's not a thing to do in future, but that's all. When there's feeling of guilt there's self hate, bitterness so you just cause more suffering to yourself and others and the feeling is so hard to stand for the mind that it's way more difficult to admit your responsibility and fix your mistakes when there is guilt and blame. If someone brings suffering upon you, that person is responsible, but there is no point in blaming that person. I heard a metaphor that blaming and hating someone is like drinking poison in hope that the person will die. They might have caused your suffering, but if you spend time and energy on blaming them, you only perpetuate suffering that now becomes your own and those who suffer always bring suffering upon others. And even if that person admits the mistake and does everything to fix it, it's already in your head and no one but you can do something about it. So our suffering can be cause by someone else, but if it lasts, it's because we perpetuate it. And it's empowering because if you have the power to keep your suffering alive, you can also kill it.
@@kvannestorbjorn1316 really loved the idea you went through, got refreshed with these which I also used to think 1-2 years back but suddenly got so busy that almost have forgotten these. 1. Mostly actions, even the harshest one are result of all the incidents and upbringing life they faced. Everyone at their place would have done the same. You are not a different person, you were just in different conditions. Your attention, physiology and other random things taken you to other random place. Nothing is yours, neither the achievement nor the mischiefs. 2. Suffering and its pain lasts as long as you allow it the place in your mind

The message is strong and clear. Let's hear about practical ways we can go beyond our suffering. The attainment of Emptiness.
Thank you so much Master🙏🙏🙏
Very surprised to know that suffering is an illusion.
you have just spoken the simple truth!
There is a similar concept in Advait Vedanta by Adi Sanakra. Its called Adhyasa. A rope mistaken for a snake. Thank you for the teaching Rinpoche. 🙏👌
I can watch this 100 times. Very helpful
Thank you for your efforts. You really help me on my way.
Thank you it was amazing most of my suffering are self created

There is no suffering when you don't belong anywhere. You are free - you don't suffer.
What about sin?? Does it brings sufferings even a little child without knowing itself nor has no faults but still suffers and dies???

I didn’t create my suffering, and giving me a guilt trip about my suffering has never helped me to alleviate my suffering. Stop blaming the victim.
