    As someone who finished the pattern, here is stuff to keep in mind:
    (I made the size small)
    First, this is a lovely pattern and I would do it again but:
    1. for me, the 50 stitch sleeves were too short, so I made mine 70 stitches which ended to the middle of my palms- it was the perfect length for me
    2. I extended the bottom by 10 rows, and it still was cropped for me, so I recommend just making it a little longer if you are taller than the girl making it. -- I'm 5'5
    3. the width was perfect and so was the neckline.
    4. the sleeves could be a bit wider but in the end, they turned out fine.
    Thank you so much @KnitcroAddict for making this pattern, I would recommend it to everyone and anyone :)

    • @elva9655
      @elva9655 3 года назад +1

      Personally, I think a bit of practice crocheting first would help. Just so you get used to the motion and so you understand a bit more. Also don’t want to get too frustrated with this project you know? Good luck.

    • @KnitcroAddict
      @KnitcroAddict  3 года назад

      I think making a few little things first would make a big difference. Just getting acclimated to using a hook and yarn as well as learning the terminology and stuff so you can follow along easier. That being said, I think it’s doable, it just wouldn’t be the easiest or fastest way to go. I hope you give crochet a try either way! 😊

    68 cast on stitches dont reach the length you mentioned in the paper cutouts (20 inches). Do I just add more stitches to reach that length because this will be too tight for me (rn my 64 stitches measures 13.5 inches)

    • @jjpanda
      @jjpanda 3 года назад

      a few factors that may cause that to happen are such as the yarn size you’re using, your hook size, and how tight your chains/stitches are. but yes, just add more stitches until you reach the length based on the pattern (20.61 inches) or to your desired length. :)
