Thank you, none of that worked for my printer. Are there any additional steps I could try? It starts sucking but stops and spins. I don't see any obstruction at all.
Hi. Make sure all covers are closed, especially the one at the bottom. Also a gear may be out of place on a roller where the paper gets stuck. That's harder to get to but sometimes moving the roller rod to right or left may lock it in plac if it cam out. In the meantime, I'll look into the printer model once again and see if I can direct you to another area you may check.
thank you. It worked for me. I used what I had, which was a long cotton swab. I probable threw away a good printer a couple years ago because I didn't know how to clean the rollers
for me i had this problem and i figured out it was that little blue thing in the back, i didn’t push it all the way to the side so it wasn’t taking my paper 😂

I solved the same problem by running the scanner. The rollers roll in the opposite direction and that seemed to unstuck them

Thank you. Finally someone shows how to reinstall the paper input feed tray. Thanks again.
I have the same printer. My problem is that it pulls the paper too far down before it starts printing. Any suggestions on how to fix that problem?
Please can the pH deskjet 4100e printer uses 67xl cartridge
Will it not take paper?
Yeah..
@@AdamzHuh-il5nm Have you tried all the tips in the video?
Your just doing random stuff you dont know how to fix it
Well, his advice fixed my printer. When someone offers help that's not appropriate to your needs you can just ignore. No need to be rude.
it worked for me so 🤷🏽♀
Looks like the rollers aren’t moving. Tried cleaning as you suggested but the rollers don’t move to clean them. Any other suggest?.. 9:20
