You are a hero! What a nightmare this HP printer. Without the video it would have taken me hours to solve the paper jam issue. Now it was done in minutes
Quite a helpful video - I've come to this method too, learning the hard way, by doing several "surgeries" :). However, I still have a problem as the printer, after fixed, prints several pages and jams the paper again. From what I can observe, I guess the paper is not going in the right direction at the very final stage. It goes down and starts wrapping/winding around the drum of the fuser. There are no any parts broken, all the rollers at the exit are aligned etc. Any suggestions why, please?
Thank you. I got paper out but when I tried to put the flap back in 2.51mins, it came off the hinges so if you have a video on how to fix this too that would be helpful
Hi, The printer is telling me there's a paper jam. I've followed your procedure but nothing changes and I can't see any paper. It's not my printer, but is it possible that after the customer has removed the paper, the printer remains stuck on the ‘paper jam’ error?
I'm afraid you will have to go the hard way and disassemble the fuser (which is almost half of the printer). Sometimes, even the jammed paper is removed, but there are still small pieces left under the fuser drum, and you need to remove them. Here is a video, I used and that helped a lot, for the "surgery": ruclips.net/video/bBBVR1PAfjk/видео.html&lc=Ugzp9QfKxWDb-q0xrl54AaABAg.AAghnkU40-nAAinB26iur0
