      It's mainly due to the fact that western people are very quick to generalize and show hate towards all.
      If a western tourist does something stupid and lands in trouble then no one will blame the tourist but the whole country.
      Just last week in India, a spanish biker was camping out in nowhere and was raped. These are the areas where the locals will avoid travel at night and let alone camping there.

      And it's obvious from every video here and out there on YT, that this generosity and kindness is genuine (and has become rare in this crazy world). So why does the government feels so adamant on killing this beacuse of paranoid considerations and fears ? If you push it not too far-stretched, they should forbid everyone to get out of their homes/hotels for the risk of being run over by a car . Life is dangerous !!!

      I have lived in Pakistan with my (Pakistani) husband and traveled throughout the country. I found that rural areas are a lot more safer than cities but the military establishment wants to portray the country as dangerous place to get dollars in the name of war against terrorism. They do not care about the country & its reputation as long as west pays them dollars that end up in their personal bank accounts in international banks. After the retirement, military officers, top bureaucrats and judges leave the country to start their life in western-heavens with the money they robbed from the people and the dollars they got as bribe from the west. Hence a win-win situation for west and the corrupt establishment at the cost of Pakistan.

    • @ghaniaashir3931
      @ghaniaashir3931 Год назад +1

      @@Denis-kg3zz It's very safe to visit rural areas of Punjab but if administration of that village or city hear about you being there, they'd probably try to escort you and give you security whether you want it or not. It's kind of protocol now. If you have someone (a friend) from Pakistan with you, then there shouldn't be any problem.

But you mentioned a mosque whereas Orchha was Hindu and it's a very long ways away. I wonder if those buildings were originally Hindu and then converted into mosques by Mughal invaders? That was nice as usual you narrates in soothing voice.
    As a Pakistani I know there is no issue for anyone to visit such places, but it is considered as Feudal’s area, which doesn’t mean it is not safe.
    The point is that in west, if something happens with someone, that’s never highlighted by media, But if any foreigner faces even a minor issue , that’s a big story for western media. They always try to portray that Pakistan is not a safe country. I’m sure you have had many instruction before coming to Pakistan that you must not go to Pakistan, it’s not safe, but reality is different. It’s all western propaganda. (I’m sorry to say western, i meant to say political agenda given to western media to target on).
    I’m quite sure your perception have changed after coming to Pakistan. People are very kind and normal as in everywhere, infact more hospitable than other countries.

    It is really strange as I am resident here in small town called Yazman near bahawalpur. I never heard that foreigners need security here.
    Bahawalpur is the safest city in whole Pakistan.

    i have lived in bahawalpur for 4 years there is no security issue there... only reason the were being escorted was not their safety it was because our state is a bit insecure regarding espionage due to raymond davis case

    The Pakistani nation has suffered a lot, more than 70k people lost their lives in last 20 years, a lot of foreigners have died, we have spent day and night to make this place visitable again, In northern areas there is no security threats, but if the police is escorting you the whole day then this is something really serious. I hope your visit goes well. & thank you so much for showing the real and positive image of Pakistan, you're so beautiful 😃. Stay blessed

    Hey... I am from Bahawalpur and not your subscriber but really glad to see your vlog.
    Kind a sad you couldn't enjoy the actual hospitality of Bahawalpur. And Yes security comes first but in my opinion I think Bahawalpur is the safest city amung any other city of Pakistan. Next time you came here be my guest and we will show you the real Bahawalpur.
    Have a good time exploring Pakistan
    God bless you. 👍
