Thank you so much for sharing this journey. I am so sorry you got so ill, but such is mountain travel. I have travelled extensively in Nepal, Tibet and Indian Himalaya, climbing many peaks, but somehow never fitted in the Karakoram. Age and declining health mean it is now too late for to get there. Your film has really made me feel I have been there 9without having to suffer!), for which I am very grateful. You have a great talent for communication. I live in Islamabad which is quite nice, but to live in a place like this is a dream, waking up in the morning eating eggs from my own chickens then going for a walk with my shepherd dog and cattle, eating everything organic from my own fields. Away from the hustle and bustle of cities, just me and my animals. I would even forget what Instagram or Snapchat are anymore. Welcome to Pakistan, hope you have a lovely stay.
