Now they rarely see any. 2) You are staying in a relatively conservative/ poor area. Anyways, I hope things will improve. Just wanna know how long is your stay??as I would like to invite you both for lunch or dinner and also show you around the city, but I will be out of city tomorrow on Saturday and will return in the evening. I can also take you to the Gemstone market which is near your hotel I guess. Since I have many friends in the market, you will get lots of good quality Gemstone as a Gift. Here is some information which will be helpful for everyone visiting Pakistan. Every big city has modernized/upper class areas. In those areas you can walk around without head covering or in shirts and trousers. But the areas that are more working class areas, you should cover your head. Peshawar is a bit conservative city compared to Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. There is no surprise that people are looking at her when she is walking without head covering. Going with someone is definitely recommended. I hope it helps.

You took the local bus, which usually bypasses checkpoints to get asked these questions, too.
We found the food difficult in Pakistan. It was the most difficult country to eat in overall, as we always had stomach issues no matter how much we would try to avoid it. sometimes we would just consider cooking ourselves a lot in the hotels we stayed as vegetables are so cheap! @@floragonning

As a local Pakistani I am really sorry about what happened to all of you all with stomach issues. First factor is that street food in Pakistan is horrible which is not safe at all. The 2nd major factor is the spice level where it reacts differently to your sensitive stomachs. The third factor is the high altitude in the north of Pakistan where many people get stomach issues because of the change of altitude in no time. If those coming to Pakistan can understand these 3 factors they can have a much better time.

Its my third or fourth time watching this video , you were at old peshawar city but thing is unfourtunatly you wnt there on sunday which made few difficulties like geting connection sim. second thing in these past few years people faced alot of unstability due to which foreigners are not now usullay visit as because of the situation in last decade but now its peace here i am resident of peshawar . third thing is you havent contact to any one so he/she will be able to give you visit to beautiful places of Peshawar ,as peshawar in very rich in history. and also history of Pashtoon are very rich . so its an invitation from my side again come to peshawar be my guest or any one you know him belongs from peshawar , your opion then will be 180 degree change , as you already showed that guy was helping you just because you are guest and its our culture . elders were offering you food and most important thing is language barrier. Anyways Good luck . and again anytime you are welcome to Pakistan.

Absolutely, simply putting something over your head would attract much less attention and stares.
I don't know why, but many tourists overlook some of the stunning locations in Peshawar. Islamia College, for instance, is an incredible destination to visit and explore. There is also this place called the Sethi House which is incredible.
But one thing is for sure, as a tourist, you're going to attract attention and stares, whether you're male or female. However, the locals are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's just that they don't know how to react to someone who looks different from them.

How can i not be thankful to all the vloggers who are communicating the real image of our society that is 180 degrees opposite of what we are portrayed by Western mass media tycoons CNN BBC etc.
We got a different culture but love needs no tradition barriers or language to be felt and communicated.
    Thanks a lot mam.❤❤❤
