You are a gem buddy whose thinking magnitude is the same as mine... Please keep it up and keep spreading awareness. One thing is that nowadays it is not easier to sell a flat which is more than 2-3 years old. So liquidity is not available. For elasticity, I would suggest, buy a jodi apartment (2+1 or 2+2), and after 15 years when only old couple remains , sell one unit and stay in 2 BHK.

Videos are great. But in between the loud music is extremely irritating, its volume is almost double of normal voice in the video. Suggestion would be to reduce the volume of that tone.
