Shoulder harness attachment location should be between level and several inches below the top of the shoulder.... At least it race cars that's generally the rule... Up high like that doesn't keep the body from rising "up" off the seat in a flip over crash....

I've never understood why people do that with their airplanes.
Actually, the FAA and many racing associations specify from -10 to +30 degrees above shoulder is optimal range.
