Thank you Silverlight for your video. Much appreciate your candor.
I do Marine repair for a living and also restore Muscle cars. That is very high quality they have pride in their machines that is so hard to find now days . Cool
I flew a gyroplane in Russia, the control philosophy is like that of an airplane, but you can’t sharply push the stick. We are waiting for the video with the flight.
My most sincere congratulations for your interesting factory and also for your detailed explanation of the process you carry out when manufacturing such beautiful equipment. I believe without a doubt that they are one of the best teams that exist in the exclusive market for gyrocopters.
I hope and wish to continue seeing VIDEOS like these to enlighten me even more about such an exciting topic of modern aviation.
Thank you. Appreciate your very kind words
Great shop and video. It's always a pleasure to listen to someone like Abid (sp?) who really knows his craft, engineering, and production. Thanks for posting, Bryan!
Thanks for listening to my boring techy babbling for almost 25 minutes :). Abid is correct spelling
@@abidfarooqui-sla3301 dear Abid I have watched your videos with great interest. Can I ask you what be the price range of this butterfly 😁. If want to buy this for Pakistan would it be possible in CKD form ?
Kindly advise
Bro. You explained so well. 🤷
Beautiful. That welding looks absolutely spectacular. Great tour. The only thing missing was flight demo. Maybe next time?
This guy gives a very nice familiarizing tour of his aircraft. W/o even knowing what to ask he gives a good explanation of the entire operation. Now I want to know even more.
Seems like a well engineered product with an enthusiastic leadership .I like that they offer a range of self build options and factory builds .
Thanks, Bryan! Super interesting! Saw something similar fly over my house last year - first time I had ever seen one in action in person. He was MOVING! At least 70 MPH over the ground. Pretty neat! You guys have a great weekend! 👍😎
The quality of the materials and construction looks superior to just about any small aircraft I have seen. Very impressive!
It's just shiny.
Abid: Your process and result is, as always, awesome. -T. Newhart
Tal. How are you buddy
Very nice to learn of this company. I wasn't aware of them. I hope you got a chance to take a ride. All the best , Hal
Excellent! As a former helicopter pilot, I have never flown a gyrocopter. An old pal of mine was a test pilot for Benson gyrocopter many moons ago👨✈️
Very interesting! Great to see and know about the manufacturing details of a not so common aircraft type this side of the Atlantic. Would be good to see a test flight.
My goodness, that gentleman can talk. But that was very interesting.
The very best video on a gyrocopter! Many thanks.
My friend, never, never use the term "but we don't care about that" when your busyness is building Aircrafts. Just saying... I can appreciate the honesty and all, buuuuut.
Wow nicely explain everything. After listening to him I can fly it 😊 because he tells everything in details.
Amazing, love it
Love to fly that gyrocopter. Though a bit scary, ha ha I know someone could do that while . .yeah' its great.
Gryocopter is beautiful ,i like man
Very interesting 😊 Thanks for the info! 👍
Genial saludos cordiales desde Patagonia Chile. Mi sueño de toda una vida
amazing
I should have bought AR1 instead of AutoGyro. Well made. I personally know Abid's test pilot, great people 👍
정말 멋지네요
I've been interested in gyrocopters for years. Is there a special trailer for transporting these gyros if I wanted to tow them behind my pick-up truck?
The Longer fuselage looks like a Barnett Gyro body such as the J4B2. I wonder what rotor blades are they using?
Nice presentation .
Gostei muito, pena que não falo e nem entendo inglês.
Mais observando as soldas são perfeitas, a contrução do giro e perfeita, gostaria de comprar um, pena que não é no Brasil
So question, the brake lever grip i a belt tension to get blades going so you don’t need as much room for take off, the rite is still wind operated , correct
Nice work ,…..Abid,.
Nice 👍👌
I personally think gyro copters have a big future ,
Hi am from India. Do you ship your Gyros to India ? Do you provide after sales service in India ?
Abid Bhai how are you Very happy to see you in this profession ❤❤
I am good, Thank you.
👍👍
As fuel gets more expensive and car gas has more alcohol the fuel temp becomes more important. Hot asphalt on aprons are one source of heat but there are others. Has anyone considered a simple fuel temperature guage ? I've seen some suspicious accidents (admittedly on RUclips)at take off and a couple might be loss of power due to hot gasoline. I'm not a pilot at this time. But flew hang gliders for many years and was involved lightly with some building of earlier gyros.
great video and alot of great information. how much is the cost for a full canopy gyrocopter for me to build it there as you say? what is a average so i can get a idea. i would have to stay there for 3 weeks maybe and fly it home that is the dream! i just need to know how much this dream will cost me? i absolutely love gyrocopters!
Hi. Price ranges fully built from mid 80's all the way to $135k. It all depends on engine and avionics you select mainly and if you want a canopy or open cockpit. Canopy adds $11k to the price.
Isn't cylindrical tubing stronger then rectangular tubing?. Are there weight restrictions to using cylindrical tubing? I would love to come to your shop and experience your product first hand. Good stuff.
buddy-Like~ you ulpoaded beautiful ~ 💫
Is there a single seat model? Thanks
Great Video of an Excellent Gyro! I would love to work with you Abid on designing a FWF package for the MWFly engine line.
They are quite set with their Rotax and ASTM standards for the moment. Are you FLYING yet?? In the USA?
@@ExperimentalAircraftChannel MWFly is ASTM certified, but would indeed require modification of the production standards… however for the Experimental kit builders, it would be another option to offer. Especially with the pricing increases on the Rotax engine line these days. The Sonex is airworthy and now flying, I am hoping to fly it up to Oshkosh Airventure this year. Will you be at the fall Zenith open house?
I actually talked to the guys at MWFly in Italy. I think the only way that works is if they gave us a free engine. Even then it is a whole engineering process to develop an installation and pre-rotation around MWFly engine and then do test flights. They did not offer that so it was a non starter. Even Rotax gives selected OEMs a huge discount who are willing to be the first to use one of their new engine models. MWFly needs to learn how to do these things right. They are starting from scratch and not offering much except risk for OEMs.
The funny thing about these little aircraft is that they’re perfect for recon.
But they don’t cost enough. How would it look if the Pentagon spent money wisely?
Nah. Pentagon only wants $15million helicopters or higher. Gyroplanes would not be expensive enough for them plus which military pilots want to use gyroplanes when all after retirement gigs are helicopters flying offshore petroleum rigs in the gulf.
Amazing sir and how much send to Indonesia 🇮🇩
Agar ye kharab hojaye to canopy uddegi ki nahi jisse parachute
You'll sell more of them if you install an SEG Electromagnetic Generator for power you'll never run out of. Fly as long as you want.
That tech is very far away from getting to the point of being used reliably as an aircraft powerplant. Interesting though
What's the mileage and does it floats incase of odd landings.
On an economy cruise you will get generally 20 MPG in our gyroplane which is comparable to many medium sized SUV's mileage efficiency. No aircraft only float in the air not in water. For that you have floats or seaplanes
Get all excited about a gyro video on the channel, and no flying! :(

What's going on with the focus?
Sir can you tell me about airframe material? ??? 7075 aluminium???? Or others? ??
304 Stainless Steel Tig welded using 308 rod with Argon gas purge front and back. Are you a structural engineer or designer?
3:26 有提到TAIWAN訂的一台旋翼機,太酷了!
I am in Taipei right now showing that gyroplane in TADTE 2023
🥰☺😏🤗👍
Stainless steel 302 ???? Or 304 ???? Ya other

bonjour faire traduction en Français svp merci
SI seulement je pouvais. Mon français n'est pas bon du tout mais j'ai des amis en France qui sont experts en autogire. Vous devriez essayer d'obtenir une leçon de vol là-bas. Merci
awesome
How much are they
$85k to $135k all done depending on engine, avionics and options.
What if the rotor falls off?
What I would do is get on the radio to base and tell them that the rotor fell off so that they can have a replacement ready to install once you get to the ground. That way you don't loose too much time!
Then you die
The issue with these is insurance can't really get insurance in the US for a Gyro being a zero-time pilot. Pilots who have lots of hours they pay 10% of the value annually. $65k is $6500 a year to insure them if you need a loan to buy one can't use the gyro as collateral if you don't plan to insure it. Have to pay cash or find another way to finance it maybe 401k loan or 2nd mortgage. IMO if you don't have the cash to lose have to get a loan it would be foolish to not have insurance.
That is correct. The gyroplane pool is small. Only 1100 in the US. Also accident rate is relatively higher but not because of the machine. Most pilots coming into light sport in general but gyroplane more specifically are in the 70+ year old range. The accident stats show they are more prone to accidents in all of aviation and they are heavily concentrated in light sport and gyroplane segment. We need more 50 year olds or younger coming into this segment. The accident rate will be down then. Most people buying our machines do not take a loan. They pay cash.
Liked when he said some of the chassis was made in Taiwan or China....But that doesn’t matter...It does when these components fail in mid air......Would not trust....Look how small the production line is.....
Huh. Nah. You heard completely wrong. Some of the smaller tubing in the frame that is not structurally very significant is made in Taiwan. All the main structural frame tubing is made in a US mill
I hope you don't use any hardwares form Harbor Freight to construct your plane.
Did you actually watch the video?
Need to get a little better at focusing on stuff and slowly moving away. Basically the guy saying should also go a bit slower to help you.
Price is very high
Aircraft are not cheap and not for everyone.
*YOU ARE FROM INDIA I GUESSED... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣*
No. I am not.

Very interesting subject matter. Might as well eliminate the narrator. Only about half, or less, of what he says can be understood.
I am so sorry my accent in English was not proper for your ears. I do speak 4 languages with an accent at this point in every one.
well its in Florida so I won't touch em.
Flying coffin.
Nice weldS, Very impressed with your work, very nice work, 👊🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡, Belus
