As a retired commercial pilot and having built my own 2 seat aircraft, my guess is that the electrically powered road wheels would need additional battery capacity, much more than the aircraft battery. The extra battery/ies and electric wheel motors would make the aircraft too heavy to carry a passenger.
How much does this autogyro cost ?

Я недавно видел в ютубе новый ARGON. Чёрный. Его Дизайн мне интереснее! Хотя тоже не совершенен. И ваш Тандем тоже не супер вариант). Хочется совместить обзорность вашего Nirvana с посадкой "бок о бок". (потому что ваш 2-х местный второй вариант сильно хуже ARGON).

Breathtaking compilation while the landscapes are phenomenal. That sunken bulk carrier was one of a kind of view.
Interesting the addition of the extension on top of the rotorblades and the supporting stays when in ground transit. Very nice.

Flying over Brašov! I had a gf there! I want one of these kooky things...but I'm just skeptical on the rotors...(who makes them? How? QC?) Last, I've never see one move under its on power before...tech info how thats possible?

Can you elaborate what is Gyroplane? Does it require a pilot license? Can a paraglider pilot fly it?
@@tanmaydeshpande7528 a gyroplane in the U.S. falls under the Rotorcraft category along with helicopters. It differs from a helicopter in that the rotor is not driven, it spins like a pinwheel from the air flowing through it. Forward motion is provided by a pusher prop (in most cases....some rare tractor configurations exist.). The motor moves it forward through the air and the flow of air through the rotor spins the rotor which provides the lifting force. In the U.S., it requires a minimum of a Sport pilot license, which is a step up from the requirements of paragliding here. You'd have to check your local regulations for what is required where you live. They're delightful flying machines!

@@paul-gr9jk unfortunately, whenever the government gets involved with regulating something, costs to go up dramatically. But you can still build a basic gyroplane from plans if. you have the skills, the cost is less than a decent used Ford.
@@tanmaydeshpande7528 A gyroplane is a rotorcraft (obviously) but unlike a helicopter, the rotor is unpowered. The engine only provided horizontal motion; the rotor spins through the aerodynamic force of air passing through the rotor system from below.
In the USA you will need at least a Sport license to fly a 2-seat gyro.

BEAUTIFUL video! While I love flying both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft, I've for some reason been dragging for years going down the Autogyro road. Part of it is likely do to 'maintenance' schedules I think some people push back... I mean, call it what you want.. I know an autogyro isn't essentially a helicopter... But, don't mess up with maintenance... This video might have just pushed me over the edge to educate myself further and go for another ride +... (I rode on one that was likely a somewhat home-built with chairs that didn't even feel secure (warping in turns)... Anyway... What an awesome video! Thank you!!

One of the models shown in the video is a two-seater.
The flying driving part is great. Only the range driving I think I hear is only small and the speed is like 25 mph. Guess better fly everywhere then.
