Running the Baystate Marathon

The weather for 2017 Baystate Marathon was nearly perfect (low 50's beginning of race, mid 60s or so by the finish). I'll upload a separate video at some point talking about what has worked for me for fuel/nutrition during a marathon.
Baystate might be the first race I run a second time. Great logistics! The volunteers were fantastic. The water stops were filled with enthusiastic, excellent, supportive volunteers. The pace groups were awesome... Just an all-around, really well-organized race held during a great time of year in New England.
Thanks to Ashley for being my crew, capturing this footage, and dealing with my taper madness and training schedule... You're the best.

I totally understand that feeling when you see your pacer start disappearing up the road. It's a big, "Now what?" and it's hard to mentally get through that. Glad you did.
